| 中文摘要: | 近年来,中国烟草行业发展速度较快,每年都以高于GDP 10个百分点左右的速度增长。同时,烟草行业自身改革、调控力度不断加大,“按订单组织货源”在行业内全面推行,企业间竞争日益激烈,如何在激烈的竞争中取得优势是每一个烟草企业所必须关注的。在此背景下,作为本文研究主体的山东中烟工业有限责任公司拟通过生产计划调度管理重构,进一步提升对市场订单的反应效率,进而提升公司整体竞争力。本文采用理论分析与实际应用相结合的研究方法。基于中国烟草行业改革和“按订单组织货源”的主导要求,文章首先对山东中烟工业有限责任公司的生产计划调度管理系统现状进行了审视和剖析,分析出其中存在的问题,指出生产计划调度管理系统重构的紧迫性。在此基础上,给出了生产计划调度管理系统重构的原则和框架,并从优化管理流程、科学预测市场、供应链管理和信息化系统集成等4个方面对山东中烟工业有限责任公司生产计划调度管理系统重构进行了描述和界定。最后,结合公司目前所面临的内外部条件,给出了山东中烟工业有限责任公司生产计划调度管理系统重构的运行方案和保障措施。本文提出的生产计划调度管理系统重构思路对山东中烟工业有限责任公司提升市场订单反应效率进而提升整体竞争力有较大帮助,对烟草行业其他企业及其他制造业企业生产计划调度管理系统的改进和提升也有一定借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the tobacco industry of China has been developing fast at a speed of 10% higher than that of GDP. At the same time, the reform and adjustment of China’s tobacco industry are becoming deeper, and the policy of “organizing sources of goods according to orders” has been implemented fully, the competition between enterprises are getting more and more intense as well, so it must be given enough concern for each enterprise that how to get good position in the intensive competitions. At this background, China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd tries to increase the reaction efficiency of orders by management reorganizing of production plans and scheduling, then to increase China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd’s total competitiveness. In this paper, the theoretic analysis is combined with real applications. Firstly, based on the main requirements of China tobacco’s industry revolution and the policy of “organizing sources of goods according to orders”, the current status of production plan scheduling of China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd is reviewed and analyzed, the existing problems are concluded, and the emergency of management reorganizing of production plans and scheduling is put forward. On this basis, then the principles and frames of management reorganizing of production plans and scheduling are proposed, and its descriptions and definitions are carried out based on four aspects, that is optimizing the managements processes、forecasting the market scientifically、managing the supply list and integrating the information system. Lastly, the running program and assurances of management reorganizing of production plans and scheduling of China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd are proposed, and the internal and external conditions of the company are considered as well. The ideas put forward in the study will do great help for China Tobacco Shandong Industrial Co., Ltd to increase the reaction efficiency and then to increase the total competitiveness. It will also give references to other tobacco companies and manufacturing enterprises to improve and enhance the managing and scheduling of production plans. | |
