| 中文摘要: | 本世纪初互联网的飞速发展催生了一批第三方支付企业,为解决网上支付安全问题,和向消费者保证商家信誉,这批企业凭借出色的互联网技术,以崭新的商业模式,迅速切入第三方支付市场。在强大市场需求和风险投资资本推动的双重作用下,迅速形成一个引人注目的新兴产业。而经历了资本推动下的跑马圈地式的火爆增长后,第三方支付企业开始普遍陷入增长乏力的境地。究其原因,主要还是原有的盈利模式过于单一,已经不能适应如今迅猛发展的互联网市场和消费者的主流消费习惯。鉴于这一问题,本文充分利用管理学中的传统经营理论,回顾第三方支付行业的发展历程,分析当前第三方支付企业所面临的竞争环境和发展瓶颈。为了挖掘新的盈利模式,本文对当前第三方支付行业中各种盈利模式进行了多维度的对比分析,探讨各自的优势劣势,总结出当前最适合市场的盈利模式的特点:拥有特色的业务模式和自己的用户平台,通过细分市场开拓蓝海,从传统行业中寻找B2C市场,与银行密切合作,试水金融货币业务。最后以上海付费通公司为例,从公司当前的市场地位和盈利状况出发,探讨了付费通公司的商业模式和盈利策略:对上海市公用事业账单支付市场的牢牢占据,有利的保证了付费通近年收入的稳定增长。结合案例实际,创造性地提出付费通盈利模式改进的建议。在第三方支付迅速发展的今天,上海付费通公司在坚持原有模式优势的基础上,以更有竞争力的盈利模式紧紧把握这次第三方支付腾飞的机遇,必将在未来第三方支付市场实现从上海向更大范围的市场移植先进盈利模式,从而获得更大的市场份额和利润。 | |
| 英文摘要: | At the beginning of this century, a cult of the third party payment enterprises emerged in the rapid development of Internet .To ensure the pay safety and the reputation of the merchant, these companies entered the third party payment market with the excellent Internet technology and the brand new business model. Driven by the huge demand and the venture capital, it had become a remarkable emerging industry. However, after the exceedingly crazy rise pushed by the capital, the third party payment enterprises have largely begun to fell into the weak growth. The cause could be attributed to the old and single business model, which can not accommodate with fast-growing Internet market, as well as the current main consuming habit. Be aimed at such problem, this paper tries to recall the development of the third party payment enterprises, and then analyze the competitive environment and the bottlenecks in development which the third party payment enterprises are facing. To dig the new profitability, the main current profitability are analyzed dimensionally in comparison, from which we sum up some characteristic in the market nowadays. For instance, distinctive models, the own costume platform, market segment, B2C in the traditional industries, etc. In the end, based on the case of FuFeiTong Company, we discuss the business model it used and its profit model, like the G2C market, utilities service, which has ensure its stable revenue, in addition, the EBPP platform keep the connection with the banks and mobile telephone operator. This paper also raises some constructive recommendations to the company. Therefore, the FuFeiTong Company can definitely make a bright future not just in Shanghai market but also the whole country with its new business model. | |
