中文摘要:在当今社会经济形势特别是房地产形势越来越严峻的情况下,企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。企业的生存不再是传统管理上的拼产品、拼技术,而是现代人力资源管理所提倡的人力资本建设。企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,只要拥有了一支能打硬仗的团队,企业也就拥有了核心竞争力。人力资源管理的最核心问题是人的思想或精神问题,员工阳光心态正是这些问题的良性体现。阳光心态的概念是现代人力资源管理中研究的新兴力量。本文研究的目的在于,通过阳光心态的研究,找出影响员工心态的主要因素,以构建企业员工阳光心态入手,对影响员工心态的主要因素进行了分析,寻求建立员工心态最为合适的设计方案,方案中对绩效、薪酬、学习、职业生涯规划、企业文化等方面进行的论述。本文以泰康公司为实际案例,运用了精神管理的相关理论,并借鉴了国内外的管理理论和实践经验,通过实地调研访谈和调查问卷相结合的方法,证明该公司重视员工良好心态培养,但还未形成一个系统性的体系。本文通过对调查问卷的统计分析,并结合访谈结果,找到泰康公司员工心态问题症结之所在,并有针对性的提出了解决策略并加以实施。研究结论表明,员工阳光心态建设应该充分运用精神管理与道本管理的理论,在研究过程中,应该注意到员工是企业的主体,阳光心态建设应由员工、管理者、企业共同去实现。员工阳光心态建设是一个动态的系统的工程,需要随时跟踪、评估以保证员工阳光心态建设的正确方向。员工心态建设需要企业其它人力资源管理体系的支持,从而实现共同促进和发展,以保持企业的核心竞争力,提高管理效率。 
英文摘要:Nowadays,the social economic competition is increasing rigorous ,especially in the real estate so the businesses competition is also more and more intense. The survival of the businesses does not any more only depend the tradition management, it not only depend quality of the product and technique, but also depends on the modern human resource management of manpower capital construct. The businesses competition is the talented person's competition. As long as owning a team that can beat fierce battle, the business also owned the core competencies. The person's thought or spirit problem is the most problem of the Human resource's management, and the employee sunlight mindset is the positive embodiment of these problems. The concept of sunlight mindset is the newly arisen strength of the modern human resource management research. The purpose of this research is to pass the research of sunlight mindset and find out the main factors of influencing employee's mindset, to set up the sunlight mindset of employee, to analysis the main factors that influence employee's mindset and to look for the design project of building up the most suitable employee's mindset, in the project to researched for the results, salary, study, occupation career planning, corporate culture etc. This text takes TAIKANG company as an actual case and makes use of the related theory of spirit management, and draws lessons from domestic and international management theory and fulfillment experience, Combined the methods of on-the-spot investigation interview and survey questionnaire together, it proves the companies to value employee good mindset development, but hasn't formed a systematic system. This text analyses the statistics of checking the questionnaire analysis, combines interview result, and finds out the problem’s key point of TAIKANG company employee mindset, also puts forward to the strategies to solve the problems. Study conclusion shows, employee sunlight mindset construct should make the most use of the theory that original management of spirit management. In the process of studying , managers should notice the employee is the subject of business, and the sunlight mindset construction should be carried out together by the employee, governor and business. The construction of employee sunlight mindset is an engineering of system of dynamic state, which need to be followed at any time, valuation with promising employee sunlight mindset construction of correct direction. Employee mindset construction demands the others human resource management system of support, and promotes and develop together, thus to keep the core competencies of business, and to raise management efficiency.
