| 中文摘要: | 自上个世纪90年代以来,国内外关于企业经营战略选择的讨论有很多,主要集中在两个方面:一个是专业化经营,另一个是多元化经营。专业化经营可以利用核心技术强、资源集约以及经营效率高等优势将业务做精、做细、做透。多元化经营则可以扩大企业的业务范围、分散经营风险、加快企业的成长速度,二者各具特色,不分高下。但也正因为如此,许多企业在面对这两种经营战略时无从选择。北方君威实业集团公司经过十几年的发展,已经成为一家实力较为雄厚的产业集团公司。目前公司主要有以下几大优势:一是公司进入多个产业,积累了较丰富的实业运作经验;二是公司资产较优良,现有土地储备升值潜力巨大,有较强的发展后劲;三是公司有一支较成熟的职业经理人队伍;四是公司在当地有较高的知名度及美誉度;五是公司已拥有良好的社会资源。当然,公司也存在许多问题和不足,主要表现为以下几个方面:一是公司的发展战略不甚清晰,未制订明确的中长期发展规划,一定程度上影响了公司的进一步发展;二是公司实行的多元化发展战略,下属多个子公司,涉及不同的产业,且产业之间关联度并不大,这对公司的资金链及管理能力提出了严峻的挑战;三是公司法人治理结构不够完善,对下属子公司实行的是行政式的管理模式,这种管理模式会成为公司进一步做强做大的不利因素甚至是阻力;四是职业经理人队伍的稳定性有待增强;五是公司未建立良好的资金平台,融资渠道单一,公司抗风险能力较弱。根据公司目前发展情况以及公司优劣势分析,需对集团本部经营运作模式进行调整,将目前的纯实业型集团公司转变为多元化投资的投资管理型实业集团公司,即在集团本部实行多元化投资战略,而在具体的业务单元中间,实行专业化经营策略。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Since the 90s of the last century, there have been many discusses on business strategic choice at home and abroad, mainly in two aspects: one is specialization business, and the other is diversification business. The specialization business can take advantage of strong core technology, intensive resources and high operating efficiency etc. to make the business more precise, exact and thorough. The diversification business can expand the business scope of the enterprise, divert the business risk, and accelerate enterprise’s growth rate. Two strategies both have their characteristics and come out even. However, just because of this, many enterprises don’t know how to choose while facing these two business strategies. Through analyzing the development course of its own enterprise group, the paper has discussed the review of business strategy development, the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of specialization business and diversification business, how an enterprise to choose business strategy according to internal and external environments. After more than ten years of development, BeiFang JunWei Industry Group Co., Ltd. has become a powerful industry group company. Currently, the Company mainly has the following several advantages: the first is that the Company has been engaged in many industries and has accumulated rich experiences in industrial operation; the second is that the Company has good assets that its land reserves have great appreciation potential, with strong development stamina; the third is that the Company has a mature team of professional managers; the fourth is that the Company has a high popularity and a good reputation in the local; and the fifth is that the Company has good social resources. Of course, the Company also has many problems and shortcomings, mainly including the following aspects: the first is that the development strategy of the Company is not very clear and a specific long-term development plan has not been worked out, which will affect the further development of the Company to some extent; the second is diversification development strategy carried out by the Company. Many subsidiaries are engaged in different industries, but there have no close relational degree among industries, which poses severe challenges to the fund chain and management ability of the Company; the third is that corporate governance is not perfect, the Company manages its subsidiaries in an administrative management model which will be an adverse factor or even an obstacle affecting the expanding and strengthening of the Company; the fourth is that the stability of professional managers team needs to be increased; and the fifth is that the Company has not established a good financial platform, with a single financing channel, the Company has a weak risk management ability. According to the current development situation and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the Company, it is required to adjust business and operating mode of the Group’s headquarters that will be changed into an investment & management-type industry group company with diversification investment from current single industry-type group company, namely, it will carry out diversification investment strategy in the Group’s headquarters, but carry out specialization business strategy in the specific business units. | |
