| 中文摘要: | 近年来,我国电子商务市场发展迅猛。研究表明电子商务行业链由三流组成:信息流、资金流、物流,缺一不可,随着科技的不断进步和政府的支持,信息流和物流已初步满足了电子商务产业链的需要,但资金流的配套支持却略显不足,因此,本文将重点放在资金流的研究上。进入2000年后,电子支付行业迅速成长,据中国人民银行2009年的统计,我国已有各类电子支付企业300多家,这些企业大部分集中在上海、北京、广东等经济发达地区,业务种类除传统POS交易外,还涌现出网上支付、移动支付、手机支付等创兴支付方式,不仅打破了地域和时间等限制,还以其较低的交易成本和便捷的交易方式得到了广大消费者的高度认同。在现有市场中,为电子商务提供支付服务的主体主要是银行和电子支付公司。银行同时扮演双重角度,一重角色是作为金融支付产品提供方为商户直接提供支付服务,另一重角度是为电子支付公司提供金融支付产品服务,从而与电子支付公司存在着明显的竞合关系;同时由于电子支付公司之间提供的服务和产品也出现同质化竞争,从而使整个电子支付行业发展很不平衡。目前国内电子支付企业面临着网络安全、市场竞争、投入成本、盈利压力、服务与创新不足以及法律和政策的风险多方面的问题。为此,本文主要是研究电子支付企业现状并提出相关对策。首先分析了电子支付行业构成以及对国内电子支付行业模式进行了分类,然后着重分析当前电子支付行业特征以及电子支付企业面临的主要问题,最后通过定性和定量分析后,以中国银联网上支付业务为研究对象,理论联系实际,深入探讨分析了电子支付行业现状和面临的问题,并提出银联互联网业务发展的战略规划和实施步骤,对银联互联网业务发展具有现实的指导意义,也对其他支付行业企业的发展具有借鉴意义。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, the e-commerce in China developed rapidly. According to the data that issued by iResearch.com, the total transaction volume of China online payment reached to RMB 208.3 billion in Q2 of year 2010, which is 86.8% higher than Q2 of year 2009. Research has shown that there are 3 chains in the e-commerce field: information flow, fund flow and logistics activity, none of these three can be overlooked. Under the continuing development of science & technology and more attention from our government, information flow and logistics had basically satisfied the demand of e-commerce field. The focus of this thesis will be the research of fund flow. After 2000, the e-Payment industry has been rapidly developing, according to the statistics from the People's Bank of China in 2009, over 300 various e-Payment companies has existed in our country, most of these companies located in economically developed areas such as Shanghai, Beijing and Guangdong; except for traditional POS transaction in the business lines, the innovated payment modes are emerging, including paying by online payment, mobile payment and cellphone payment, which not only breaking restriction on location and time but also receiving high recognition from the consumers by its low transaction cost and convenient transaction style.The main parties of e-payment are: the customer, the merchant, the bank and the e-payment service provider(PSP). As financial payment service products provider, the banks also work for the merchants. So, the relationship between it and the PSPs are both competitive and cooperative. Meanwhile, the competiton between the PSPs tends to be homogenization, all the PSPs provide same services and products to the market. The development of e-payment industry in China is not balanced. Now, the Chinese PSPs are all facing the problems of security of internet, market competition, cost pressure, profits pressure and lack of service and lack of innovation, and finally, the risk of policy. So, the research of this thesis will be the situation that the PSPs face now and then, the solutions for it. At first, the thesis will analyse the constructure of e-payment industry and then sort all the models of domestic e-payment industry. In the next, the thesis will pay more attention on the characters of e-payment industry and the main problems which the PSPs are facing now. Finally, under the qualitative and quantitative analysis, The objective of this article is the China UnionPay online payment service, by integration of theory with practice, this article thoroughly discussed and analysis the existing condition of e-Payment industry and the problems they are facing, meanwhile, this article also put forwarded the strategic planning and implementation steps for UnionPay online business, which are the practical guides for its development, meanwhile, these opinions will show out the strategic recommendations for the development of Uionpay online payment enterprises in future. | |
