中文摘要：	发展现代物流业是经济发展到一定阶段的必然选择。欧美及日本的成功经验证明，建立现代物流体系，对于优化企业的资源配置，降低生产成本，提高企业经济运行质量和综合服务能力，提升国际竞争力，具有十分重要的作用。特别是在全球能源紧缺的社会环境下,煤炭物流作为重要资源，往往成为煤炭运输的瓶颈。目前对于煤炭物流企业发展战略方面的研究大多数只是着重于政策和产业结构方面的分析，对于煤炭物流企业战略发展规划的研究目前在理论上还没有形成一个比较完整的体系，本文以天津晋华煤炭物流公司的实际发展现状为背景，结合企业发展战略理论的原理与方法，在明确公司进行发展战略研究的必要性的基础上，对天津晋华物流公司的发展战略进行了探索性地研究，力求实现使公司做大做强的战略目标。本文以天津晋华煤炭物流有限公司为研究对象，按照现代物流理念的理论来对天津晋华物流的运营模式进行剖析，以系统分析的观点,建立了天津晋华物流公司煤炭物流的评价体系；立足于公司未来和长远发展的目标来制定和规划公司的发展战略；运用SWOT矩阵理论和现代物流供应链战略联盟的理论对天津晋华物流有限公司的发展战略进行了深入研究，并在此基础上提出了天津晋华物流公司未来的战略规划：建立现代公司的物流管理体系；构筑符合未来公司发展的物流平台以及煤炭物流供应链。探讨了天津晋华物流公司向现代物流公司转化的必要性，最后对战略实施中的实际问题进行了详细的分析，提出了实施天津晋华物流公司发展的策略与措施。并对天津晋华物流公司存在的一些问题提出了建议，因此，对天津晋华物流公司发展战略的规划具有重要的现实意义。
英文摘要：	It is a very necessary road to develope modern logistics for the developing of an enterprice. In evidence which we can find the successful expriences of European American and Japanese，it has a very important role to build a modern logistics system, for optimazing the enterprise resource, decreasing production costs, increasing the quality of enterprise operation, and the ability of integrated service, improving the international competitiveness, especially in condition which is being a global energy shortages, as a very important resource, coal logistics becomes usually a bottleneck. There are a lot of researches about the coal logistics enterprise, which mainly pay attention to the analysising on policy and industrial structure, at now, there is not a more complete system for the strategic planning of coal logistics enterprice. The paper based on the developong status of Tianjin Jinhua coal logistics enterprice, using the principle and method of enterprice developing strategic theory, and paying attention to the importance for enterprice developong strategic research, carry out an explorative research for the developing strategy of Tianjin Jinhua logistics enterprice, aimed to realize the target for enlarging and enhancing. Tianjin Jinhua coal logistics enterprice, as a research object, for its operational mode, have been analysised on modern logistics conception. Based on the system analysis, the paper set up an evaluation system for the coal logistics of Tianjin Jinhua logistics enterprice; standardizing and implementing the strategic management of enterprice, based on competitive analysis and relative advantage; deeply studying on the developing strategy for Tianjin Jinhua logistcs enterprice by using SWOT matrix theory and modern logistics supply chain alliance theory, and put forward a future developing planne for Tianjin Jinhua: to build a modern logistics management system, construct the logistics platform and coal logistics supply chain which is fit for the future development for the enterprice. Also, the paper shows that it is very important to transfom to modern logistics management, and by analysising the pratice as long as the implemention of the strategy, puts forward the policy and measure for Tianjin Jinhua’s further development，gives some suggestions for the existing problmes of Tianjin Jinhua now. therefore, it is a significant work for the development planning of Tianjin Jinhua logistics enterprice.
