中文摘要：	该论文的主题是对集团性公司的信息化建设进行研究。集团公司形成历史复杂，人员层次良莠不齐。集团公司对信息化建设的需求极为迫切，因此本文对金泰集团的信息化建设做了全面设计，对现有集团信息系统做了整体分析，理顺了思路，找出现有信息系统的不足，设计了集团信息化建设的合理方案，并对集团信息系统建设和实施涉及到的主要问题作了深入研究。该文对信息系统的基本理念做了阐述和分析。本文重点研究了金泰集团现有信息化现状和不足，并对集团信息系统的构建做了设计，并提出了能保证系统实施的三大保障措施。本文对国有集团企业信息化建设，信息管理系统的构建，数据中心理论等知识进行了学习、梳理和分析后，对金泰集团的发展的历程，现有的各种信息化手段，集团内各业务板块的信息化建设进行了仔细分析，并对金泰集团的信息系统的构建提出了设想：那就是，依靠数据大集中的方式，在集团层面构建信息系统，在硬件上主要是以数据中心机房建设和服务器的构建为主，建立灾难备份和异地备份的双系统备份机制保证系统运行。在软件上进行信息系统平台的改造，并对新功能模块进行合力建设。本文提出基于功能导向的集团内部功能模块的设计思路，建立统一的基础词典，整合各分公司的内部管理制度和基本流程，实现内部管理高效化。对外提出基于客户导向的全方位客户信息管理，使多个分公司同时满足每一个客户需求，提出放射性需求设想。使各分公司在同一个平台为客户提供多种需求服务。实现分公司关联协同，密切合作，客户资源有效共享，互利双赢，降低对外交易成本。本文的创新点主要是：对现代企业信息化建设的思考；对具有集团化特点的信息系统构建；对于数据中心理念在集团公司中的应用。解决企业集团多层级、子母公司信息化建设的关联问题，增强集团内部各企业各板块间信息化的联协作用，建立集团内基础字典的建设，改善集团内各公司间业务同质化现象，统一管理方式。降低集团管理运营成本，提升集团对外盈利能力，提高市场竞争力。
