中文摘要：	随着我国经济体制逐步由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨，企业的经营观念也发生着翻天覆地的变化。进入二十一世纪，随着经济全球化的到来，技术、市场、资源等企业经营要素也逐渐参与到全球化的配置中去。对中国技术型企业而言，技术创新与国际化是获取核心竞争力的重要路径。而在国际化过程中，对技术创新型企业而言，企业文化建设则是企业发展成败的关键。本文正是基于这样的实际环境，本文以实证分析的方法，对全球化战略下的技术创新型企业文化建设进行了研究。本文首先对企业文化及企业战略的理论基础、研究方法和进展作了梳理和评价，发现缺乏将全球化战略与技术创新型企业文化建设相联系的系统研究，导致现有研究未能从全球化战略的视角给出技术创新型企业文化建设的对策建议；其次，分析了全球化战略下的技术创新型企业文化的特性与内涵，并从要素建设与系统集成两方面对如何进行此类企业的文化建设进行探讨；最后，以上海优汉实业发展有限公司的文化建设为案例，分析了其在全球化战略视角下的创新型文化建设。
英文摘要：	ABSTRACT With the the transformation from planned economy to market economy, concepts of enterprise management are undergoing enormous changes. Especially in twenty-first century, with the advent of economic globalization, technology, markets, resources and other business factors have gradually participated into the global configuration. Technological innovation and internationalization is an important path for the core competence. During the process of internationalization, corporation culture construction is the key to the development for high-tech enterprise. This thesis does research on high-tech enterprise culture construction based on internationalization strategy. At first, this paper made carding and evaluation of the theory, research methods and research progress about the enterprise culture and strategy; By which this paper found that there is lack of systemical study about internationalization and high-tech enterprise culture; Secondly, this paper analyzed the features and connotation of high-tech enterprise culture based on internationalization strategy, then pathes are founded from essential factor construction and system integration. Finally enterprise culture case of Shanghai Youhan enterprise is studied.
