中文摘要：	连锁快餐企业物流对企业的快速发展意义重大，统一生产、统一配送的经营模式要求连锁快餐企业必须建立自己的物流中心。而连锁快餐企业物流中心运作模式、连锁快餐企业物流中心选址以及连锁快餐企业物流信息系统建设是连锁快餐企业物流中心建设的关键问题。论文从现实案例中发现问题，从理论和实践中寻找解决问题的方法和路径，最后再将方法应用到案例中解决问题。首先从案例企业的发展历程提炼连锁快餐企业的成长历程，分析不同经营模式在企业成长历程中的优缺点，由此得到连锁快餐企业阶段性发展策略。企业不同阶段其运营策略不同，对物流需求不同，结合物流供给方式，提出连锁餐饮企业建立二级物流中心的运营策略及合作租赁，混合配送的具体运营模式。其次分析了各类选址方法的优缺点，选择简单易行的重心法和因素分析法作为连锁餐饮物流中心的选址方法，并将两种方法有效结合，进一步保证选址结果的低成本和可行性。通过专家访谈获得影响连锁快餐企业物流中心选址影响因素，通过层次分析法获得各影响因素权重，利用重心法和因素分析法结合确定物流中心选址。最后从多个连锁餐饮案例企业出发，采用最佳实践路径，学习总结成功连锁餐饮企业的信息化建设经验为连锁餐饮企业的信息化服务，提出物流信息系统选型和实施的具体建议。其中论文提出的连锁快餐企业阶段性发展策略，重心法和因素分析法结合使用的选址方法是本文的创新之处。
英文摘要：	Fast food chain enterprise logistics is of great significance to enterprise's rapid development. Consolidated production, unified management and transportation require the fast food chain firm must establish their own logistics center. Chain store fast food enterprise logistics center operating mode, logistics center site selection and logistics information system construction are key problems of fast food chain enterprise logistics center construction. The research process is firstly to discover research questions from cases, and then to find problem-solving and path from theory and practice, finally to apply the solution to the case. Firstly, from the fast food chain enterprise development course refine enterprise growth processes, analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different business models in the enterprise growth course, thus gain fast food chain enterprise phased development strategy. In different stage of operations strategy the logistics demand is different. Considering supply modes, proposes fast-food chain enterprise establish two-level logistics center operations strategy and cooperation lease, mixed distribution operating mode. Secondly, analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various site selection method, choose simple gravity method and factor analysis as chain food logistics center site selection method, and will be effective combination of the two methods, further assure the site is low cost and feasibility. Third, through interviews with experts obtain influence factors of enterprise logistics center site selection and get the factors weights by analytic hierarchy process. From multiple fast-food chain enterprises, use best practice method, summarize the success experience of information construction. This research puts forward fast food chain enterprise phased development strategy, and combines gravity method and factor analysis to decide logistic center site selection, which is the innovation of this paper.
