中文摘要：	截止到2010年底，中国手机用户已经达到8亿，成为全球规模最大的移动通信市场。 3G的商用已经成为三大运营商的收入主线, 是内容为王的时代。市场也需要运营商作为市场领导者来引导合作伙伴提升产品和服务质量，共同促进整个产业链的发展。因此，在未来相当长的一段时期，基于移动通信网络、以移动终端为媒介的增值服务产品也就成为三大运营上最为重视、投资规模最大、最具发展潜力的市场领域。公司长期致力于基于移动网络的SAAS应用研究，计划在天津建立研发基地，争取用10年时间为我国三大电信运营商打造一个具有高附加值服务平台--“基于3G的SAAS综合服务平台”，该平台主要产品包括：动漫综合服务平台、环境信息分析预测及预报业务平台、校迅通-家长宝典业务平台。动漫综合服务平台是将动漫产业与移动通信网络结合，创造交叉市场领域，形成相互促进发展的典型。公司将通过建立动漫综合服务平台，为众多的动漫作者提供了一个低成本的发行渠道，使他们的自创产品能够方便、快捷的推向用户，为用户提供丰富多彩、更新及时的动漫内容。环境信息分析预测及预报业务平台是将公司专有核心技术-环境分析专业化服务系统移植到移动通信网络的增值业务。校讯通-家长宝典业务平台则是将无线定位、智能终端等创新技术应用到传统校讯通业务中，形成更具价值的创新服务形式。上述三个业务于2012年进入成熟运行阶段，在获得良好的经济效益的同时，还能够带动整个产业链的发展。初步预测，到2012年公司经营收入将达到1.1亿元，税后利润约3000万元，带动产业链规模收入将达到约6亿元；到2016年，公司的经营收入将达到3.1亿元，带动产业链规模收入达到18亿元。
英文摘要：	By the end of 2010, Chinese cellphone user had reached 800 million, becoming the top mobile communication market in the world. Our company has been engaged in the application research of SAAS on mobile network for a long time. We plan to setup research base and try to build a high value-added service platform---Integrated SAAS Services Platform on 3G Base for the 3 telecom operating agencies of our country in 10 years, whose main products includes: Cartoon Integrated Service Platform, Environment Information Analysis and Forecast Service Platform and School Communication—Student Parents Service Platform. Our company’s Integrated SAAS Services Platform on 3G Base Project 1 will launch 3 products: Cartoon Integrated Service Platform, Environment Information Analysis and Forecast Service Platform and School Communication—Student Parents Service Platform. Cartoon Integrated Service Platform is the combination of cartoon industry and mobile communication network, creating a crossing market area and becoming a model of mutual-improvement. Through setting up this platform, our company will provide many cartoon writers a low cost distribution channel to enable their original products to reach the users conveniently and speedy and provide rich and timely cartoon to users in order to impulse the fast development of our country’s cartoon industry. Environment Information Analysis and Forecast Service Platform will transplant our company’s potent core technology---Environment Analysis Service Platform on mobile communication network, merging with mobile operating agencies’ weather message service, adding environment information, especially the information service of atmosphere pollution analysis and forecast, air quality analysis and atmosphere pollution disaster warning etc. School Communication—Student Parents Service Platform will create valuable and original service style by utilizing wireless location, intelligent terminal and other creative technologies into traditional school communication service, then form a valuable creative service style. The above 3 services will enter mature operation period in 2012 and impulse the development of the whole industry chain as well as yielding good economic benefit. By preliminary forecasting, by 2012 our company’s revenue will reach RMB 110 million, 30 million after tax and driving around 600 million of industry chain range. By 2016, our company’s revenue will reach 310 million and driving 1800 million of industry chain range.
