中文摘要：	经济全球化的今天，市场竞争己经从企业的发展战略向产业集群的发展战略演化，产业集群日益受到关注，我国无论是在传统产业还是一些高科技产业都出现了许多产业集群，其中家具制造业的集聚形成工业群落已成为一个全球现象，家具产业的区位优势和产业集群效应也日益凸显。慈溪家具产业集群以古旧家具为主要产品，远销世界各地，但其也存在着先天的缺陷，如生产起点不高，群内各企业之间在产品质量、加工技术等方面慢慢出现均质化，低水平的竞争加剧，品牌意识薄弱，创新能力差等现状。因此分析慈溪现有家具产业集群及核心企业的发展状况，以及研究产业集群与核心企业的互动成长，增强其核心竞争力，是急需解决的问题。论文从三个方面对上述问题进行分析。首先，从集群的角度分析慈溪家具行业目前所处的发展阶段、结构与集群聚集效应的体现，给出慈溪家具产业的整体概况。其次，分析慈溪产业集群中的核心企业，以慈溪启发旧工艺品有限公司、慈溪市明清古家私有限公司、宁波阿尔特家具公司、宁波永淦工艺品有限公司为代表，分析核心企业的经营状况、战略发展与竞争优势，细化慈溪家具企业的发展现状。最后，结合慈溪家具产业集群与核心企业的现状，指出核心企业成长的关键因素，并以此为基础提出核心企业需要新的经营策略，提升创新能力，更好地发挥其对集群的带动作用；进而分析产业集群对核心企业成长的促进作用，得出核心企业需要在产业集群提供的资源、知识和技术等基本平台上，加强植根性、建立创新型企业文化，保持可持续发展。
英文摘要：	Today is economic globalization age, competition in market has been changed from the development strategy of the enterprise to the development strategy of industrial clusters, the industrial cluster has got more focus. Many industrial clusters have grownup not only in the traditional industries but also in some high-tech industries, including furniture industry. It showed that there are geographical advantages and industrial cluster effect in this industry. Ancient furniture is the main products of the furniture industrial cluster in Cixi. They has been exported to all over the world, but there are many problems in the ancient furniture industrial cluster, such as, low production quality, homogeneous production among the group of furniture companies, low-level competition, weak brand awareness, poor innovation abilities. So in order to enhance key competitive strength, it is an urgent job to analyze the development status of Cixi furniture industrial cluster and to research the interactive growth between industrial cluster and the core companies. It had analyzed and researched the problem at three points in this paper. Firstly, it researched the development stage, structure and the effection of cluster aggregation embodiment from the perspective of industial cluster in Cixi, the overall profile of Cixi furniture industry was given. Secondly, it was done to study the leading enterprises of industrial clusters in Cixi, including Ningbo Qifa Used Arts & Crafts Furniture Co., Ltd, Cixi Ancient Ming and Qing Furniture Co., Ltd, Ningbo Art Furniture Co., Ltd and Ningbo Yonggan Curio Co., Ltd. The research focused on their operating conditions, development strategy and competitive advantage, more details of furniture industry in Cixi was given. Finally, based on the Current situation of furniture industrial cluster and leading businesses in Cixi, the key factors of the growth of leading businesses was given, and the results was that leading businesses should change their existing business model and should turn development model to innovation-based production. Then it was done to analyze how industrial cluster promoted the growth of leading businesses, the analysis showed that leading businesses need to root in the industrial cluster platform, which could provide resources, knowledge and technology, and to establish the innovative corporate culture, it should help they maintain sustainable development.
