中文摘要: | 摘要面对日益复杂动荡的经营环境,如何才能保持持久的竞争优势,并在日趋激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,是众多企业努力寻找的答案。在这一背景下,正经历着由科研型向科研生产型转变的天津市森罗科技发展有限公司,亟需解决扩大生产、人力资源、管理制度等诸多方面的问题,因而遭遇了发展的瓶颈,而且面临着越来越严峻的考验。公司如何适应所处的内外部环境,迅速摆脱瓶颈期,在销售能力、生产规模上有质的飞跃,谋求更快发展是本文研究的切入点。本文以天津市森罗科技发展有限公司为研究的个案,通过对该个案所处的外部环境与内部环境进行深入剖析,运用战略钻石工具确立了公司的战略定位,并结合价值活动体系工具建构了用以实现战略定位的系统战略对策。研究主要得出了如下结论:第一,包含领域、工具、特色、进程和经济逻辑五个战略要素的战略钻石能够较好地刻画一个企业的战略定位构成。第二,对于企业战略定位的建构,可以参考既有的有关战略定位的理论,结合企业自身的实际情况,形成具有适应性的战略定位与可操作的系统战略对策。 | |
英文摘要: | ABSTRACT Facing with a complex and volatile business environment, how to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage, and in the increasingly fierce market competition in an invincible position, is one of the answers which many companies trying to find. In this context, Tianjin CNRO Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. is in transition from the research company to research-production company, which had to solved the problems such as expanding production, human resources, management systems and many other issues, which suffered a bottleneck in the development and faced more severe test. The starting point of this study is how could the company adapt to the internal and external environment, quickly get rid of the bottleneck of the production scale and sales ability and seek faster development. In this thesis, Tianjin CNRO Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd was selected as a case. The external and internal environment of the company was in-depth analyzed. The strategic position was established by using the tools of strategy diamond model and the systematic measurement was proposed by studying the value of the activity system.Study reached the following conclusions: First, the strategy diamond model including tools, features, processes and economic logic of the five strategic elements could well characterize the composition of company's strategic position. Second, the construction of an adaptive systems strategic orientation and operational strategic measurement was based on the company’s own actual situation and theories on strategic position. | |
