中文摘要: | 摘 要 进入二十一世纪以来,随着国家三项制度改革的不断深入,国家的市场经济环境不断成熟,全国各个行业由粗放型管理逐渐转变为精细化管理,大成公司就是在这种环境下不断成长起来的。大成公司成立于1997年1月份,通过公司的正确决策和科学管理,到2006年8月份,公司两个主导产品的各项经济技术指标都排在行业前列,获得了同行业的认可。大成公司前10年的发展是在企业原有管理体制的基础上不断变革取得的成果,下一步要想在行业中扩大领先优势,不断提升企业核心竞争力,则需要不断拓展新的业务领域,转变原有的发展方式,由技术进步方向向项目投资方向转型,这对于大成公司而言,是一个新的挑战。本文重点以大成公司发展期初始阶段的硫酸粘菌素项目作为案例,从项目决策、项目范围、项目管理方法的角度上对项目管理过程进行研究,期望以此建立大成公司今后的基本发展模式,不断做强做大,逐步实现企业的战略目标:大成公司要成为以生物发酵技术为核心的,以特色化学原料药为主的国际化经营企业;作为受客户欢迎的供应商;公司要成为本行业的领导者。 该项目的最终目标是项目运营水平要达到行业第一。项目选择的关键是符合企业的发展战略,不断提升企业核心竞争力;根据企业的阶段特性、项目特性、行业特性,公司将项目运营阶段纳入了项目管理的范围,使项目运营从项目建设阶段就进入管理状态,以最大限度实现项目目标;根据项目目标、项目的行业特性、企业的阶段特性、项目本身的独特性,公司确定了该项目的管理体制和组织模式。它是在企业原有管理体制的基础上再造项目管理体制,采用了网状组织模式,在确保运营管理的基础上,顺利地完成了项目管理工作。 本文的研究有一定的局限性,希望这种研究方法对其它企业有一定的借鉴意义。 | |
英文摘要: | Abstract Into the twenty-first century, with the continued deepen reform of the three systems, national marketing economy continues to mature, the national management of various industries gradually shift from extensive to delicacy management, Dacheng company is growing up in this environment. Dacheng company was founded in January 1997, with the company's correct decision and scientific management, to August 2006, all economic and technical indicators of two leading products are in the forefront, and endorsed by the same profession. The former 10 years development for Dacheng company is based on constantly changes of the existing management system, in order to widen the leading advantage and improve the core competitiveness, should constantly explore new business areas, and change the original development mode of technological advances direction to project investment direction, which for Dacheng company, is a new challenge. This article focuses on colistin sulfate project when the Dacheng company was at the initial development stages, from a project decision, project scope, project management method point of view to discuss the project management process, and expect to establish the basic development model of Dacheng company, to be larger and stronger, continually to realize the strategic objectives of Dacheng company, which is : Dacheng company will become a bio-fermentation technology as the core, the characteristics chemical raw materials-based international enterprises; welcomed by customers as a supplier; to be a leader in the same profession. The ultimate goal of the project is the project operational level to be first in this field. The key of this project selection is the development strategy that meeting the business development and improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise; According to the enterprise's stage characteristics, project characteristics and profession characteristics, the company incorporated the project operational phase into the project management scope, so that the project operation enter project management state start with the project construction stage, to achieve the project objectives maximally; According to the project objectives, the stage characteristics and project characteristics of enterprise, the company determined management methods for this project. It is a rebuilded project management system based on the original project management system, adopting a network organizational model, based on ensuring operation and management, successfully completed the project management. This study has some limitations, expecting that this approach have some reference to other companies. | |
