中文摘要:摘要随着我国金融市场的不断发展和全球经济一体化的推进,我国银行业之间的竞争也愈来愈激烈,除了国内商业银行和其他类型的银行之外,外资银行的涌入也给中国银行业带来了很大的冲击,因此,作为我国市场资金运作的主体,提高国有商业银行的核心竞争力变得十分必要。企业核心竞争力理论起源于20世纪50年代,并在20世纪90年代达到高潮,现在,核心竞争力理论已经成为分析企业间有效竞争和成长的一个重要工具,是企业获得持续竞争力优势的源泉。对国有商业银行来说,提高核心竞争力是在激烈的同行业竞争中制胜的法宝。中国银行天津宁河县支行(以下简称为“宁河中行”)于2010年4月在宁河县重新设立,重设之后的第一年度虽然取得了不错的业绩,但在当地的同业竞争中并不占优势。宁河中行虽然在网点布局、内部硬件设施等方面有一定的后发优势,但是无论是在人员的素质、网点数量、业务品种等方面,与既有竞争者相比都不具有优势。本文试图对宁河中行的核心竞争力进行识别、评价,并最终得出宁河中行核心竞争力培育的途径和方法。本文通过回顾企业核心竞争力理论和国有商业银行核心竞争力理论,运用理论联系实际的方法,对宁河中行的内外部因素进行了深入分析,运用SWOT矩阵分析了宁河中行外部的机会和威胁及内部的优势和劣势,从而找出宁河中行的核心竞争力,并对其进行评价,进而提出培育和构建宁河中行核心竞争力的方法。同时希望本研究能够为与宁河中行有相似情况的商业银行分支机构核心竞争力的构建提供一定的借鉴意义。 
英文摘要:Abstract With the development of our financial market and the acceleration of economic globalization, the competition between Chinese banks becoming more and more fiercely. As the main body of Chinese market’ capital operation, state-owned commercial banks have no choice but to enhance core competitiveness. The core competence theory originated in 1950s, and reached an unspeakable climax during the 1990s. In modern times, the competence theory already has became a significant tool for analyzing the effective competition and growth of enterprises and it provides sources for the firms to obtain sustained competitive advantage. For the state-owned commercial banks, enhancing their core competence is a magic weapon to survive in the rat race. The branch of Bank of China in Ninghe, Tianjin (abbreviated as “Ninghe Branch”) was reestablished in the county of Ninghe in April, 2010. The branch didn’t have advantage and was even in locus of disadvantage in the industry competition. As a latecomer in the market, Ninghe Branch has not gain advantage in terms of whether quality of staff, number of outlets, diversity of business types or economy of local society, even though it has certain advantage of backwardness in outlet distribution and infrastructure. This article attempts to come up with paths and methods of Ninghe to foster core competences, in means of identifying and evaluating them. After reviewing theories of core competence concerning both firms and state-owned banks and applying theories with practice to deeply analyze the internal and external factors of Ninghe Branch, the author finds out and evaluates the core competences of Ninghe Branch, proposing paths to improve its core competences to face the increasingly intense competition in the banking industry, in hope to offer reference for the construction of core competence in commercial banks with similar cases to Ninghe Branch.
