中文摘要：	中国的装备制造类企业，特别是原来的国有机械制造类企业由于受计划经济时代的影响，往往存在大而全、小而全、重生产而轻研发、销售、创新能力不足、缺乏自主知识产权等问题；更由于生产制造自身附加值低，只能赚取整个制造价值增值链中很少的一部分。汶瑞机械作为一个从国有企业改制而来的装备制造类企业同样存在过分注重生产制造、研发与销售力量不足等问题。随着计划经济的结束，市场竞争日益加剧，特别是知识经济时代的到来，片面重视生产制造的模式已经无法适应企业的发展。在当前的经济危机下，原有发展模式的弊端日益暴露，企业必须去探求一条更优的发展模式，以满足企业生存与发展的需要。本文旨在通过剖析汶瑞机械的过去和目前的状况，结合相关理论和实践，研究、探索出一条具有创新能力、强大客户服务能力的“哑铃式”企业发展之路。本文对前人针对企业发展模式探索方面的相关知识进行了总结，结合企业模式转型成功企业的案例，分析汶瑞机械的过去及现状，为汶瑞机械探求了一条提高企业核心竞争力、提高企业营利能力，并能够适应企业当前发展要求的“哑铃式”发展模式；并在企业制造模块的“瘦身”、生产人员的分流、新型营销模式的构建等方面提出了自己的观点。通过研究认为，“哑铃式”发展模式能够满足企业在当前的知识经济时代的发展要求，是适合企业运用的发展模式。
英文摘要：	The Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises, in particular, the original state-owned machinery manufacturing enterprises due to the impact of the planned economy era, there often exists problems such as large but complete,small but complete, value production while ignore R & D, marketing, low innovation capability, lack of independent intellectual property rights etc; even more because of the low value-added of manufacturing its own, they can only earn quite a small part from the entire manufacturing value-added chain. Wenrui machinery as a equipment manufacturing enterprise which is reformed from a state-owned enterprise also existed problems like excessive focus on manufacturing while lack of of R & D and sales force etc. With the end of the planned economy, the market becomes increasingly competitively, especially with the knowledge-based economy era’s coming, one-sided emphasis on the mode of production-concerning has been unable to adapt to the development of enterprises. In the current economic crisis, the shortcomings of the existing development model has been increasingly exposed, companies must go to seek a better model of development to meet the needs of enterprise’s survival and development. The purpose of this paper is to research and develop a “dumbbell-type” enterprise developing way with capability of innovation & strong customer-service by analyzing Wenrui Machinery’s past and current status & combined with relevant theory and practice. This article has summarized relevant knowledge regarding the predecessors’exploration of enterprise development models, combined with successful business model transformation case studies, and contrast analysis of Wenrui Machinery’s past and current status, set their own points of view on the aspects like to explore & develop the "dumbbell-style" development model which can improve their core competitiveness, improve enterprise profitability and be able to meet the business requirements of the current development; and create the module in the enterprise "downsizing", the production personnel, diversion, construction of a new marketing mode. Through research we suppose that the "dumbbell-style" development model will be able to meet the enterprises’developing requirement in the current era of knowledge economy, is a suitable developing model for business.
