中文摘要:本文以企业产品研发项目标准管理为对象,探讨将团队学习的理念与方法应用于项目标准持续改进活动的必要性和实现途径。通过对项目标准持续改进各阶段特点与要求的分析,构建出基于团队学习的标准持续改进工作模型,提出学习型标准改进团队的组建要点、工作内容与要求,对团队学习的重要方法——深度汇谈的实践进行了较为深入的分析。以在山西电机制造有限公司产品研发项目标准持续改进工作中导入团队学习管理模型及其具体实践作为实际应用的一个案例。产品适应企业内外部环境变化,满足和超越顾客要求与期望,使产品研发项目技术标准和管理标准的持续改进成为必然,这一改进活动贯穿项目全生命周期的始终。产品研发项目标准的持续改进,涵盖标准实施过程中的内外部改进信息收集、修(制)标准的编制、审查、批准等阶段,每一阶段的工作由相应的工作团队承担,使这些团队主动高效开展工作,是标准持续改进管理的主要任务。团队学习是团队成员通过不断获取知识、改善行为,以在变化的环境中更好地达到团队目标。深度汇谈是团队学习修炼的重要方法,是提升团队学习能力、提高团队工作绩效的重要途径。基于团队学习的产品研发项目标准持续改进模型,要求在标准完成制定投入生产运行后,适时成立相应的团队来开展标准的实施、评价、修订工作,通过不同人员层次、不同工作目标的三个工作团队的活动与相互之间的互动,来完成对产品研发项目标准的持续改进,保证标准的适应性、在体系中的系统性。案例通过对某产品研发项目标准中的产品技术条件的持续改进,结合具体实践对项目团队建设和深度汇谈方法的应用进行了分析,达到了产品研发项目的预期,实现了顾客的满意。本文结合企业管理实践,对产品研发项目标准持续改进和团队学习理论与方法的普遍适用性进行了研究,为企业今后的产品研发项目管理及市场竞争力的构建提供一定的理论指导和技术支持。 
英文摘要:This thesis, the target is the standard management of enterprise product development projects, to explore the necessity and ways that the concept of team learning and methods are used in the continuous improvement activities of the project standards. Through the analysis of the characteristics and requirements in each stage of continuous improvement of project Standards, The model of team-based learning standards for continuous improvement is builded. The points ,working content and requirements is provided to the formation of the learning standard team. The importance of team learning method is analyzed in-depth. It is a case that team learning management model is used to the continuous improvement of R & D work in Motor Manufacturing Co., Ltd in Shanxi and its practical application. Products adapt to the changes in the internal and external environment, to meet and exceed customer requirements and expectations.That the technical standards and management standards product R & D projects are continuously improving has become inevitable,which is throughout the project life cycle from beginning to end. The continuous improvement of R & D project standards, covers the stages that the improving collection of the internal and external information in the standards implementing process,standard preparation,reviewing,approving.Each stage is committied by the appropriate team,so that these teams take the initiative efficient work,which is the main task to continue to improve the management standard. Team learning is that the team members continuously obtain knowledge and improve the behavior,to achieve team goals better in the changing environment. Dialogue is an important method of team learning, which is also an important way to enhance team learning capacity and improve team performance. The continuous improving model of the R & D program standards based on team learning, which required to establish the appropriate team,after the standards operation,to carry out the implementation, evaluation and revision.By the three working Team activities and interactions between the different personnel levels and the objectives, it is completed that the standards of the product development project continuously improves, to ensure the adaptability of the standard and the systemic in the system. By continuously improving the product technology in a product development project standard, the case combines with the concrete practice to analyze the team building and the application of the dialogue method, reaching the R & D project expectation and achieving the customer satisfaction. This thesis,combined business management practice, researchs the universal applicability of the continuous improvement of the R & D project standards and team learning theories and methods, to provide a theoretical guidance and technical support for the future project management and the construction of market competitiveness.
