| 中文摘要: | 随着我国人口老龄化现象的日趋严重,养老保障已经成为社会上最为关心的话题之一。如何解决企业职工的养老后顾之忧,已经成为企业人力资源管理者所面临的又一大课题。同时,为了在日益激烈的国际化竞争洪流中谋求稳定与发展,我国必须建立一套符合自身发展的先进的人力资源管理制度,通过薪酬福利的激励和约束作用,提升绩效水平和企业的核心竞争力。欧美国家企业年金经过近百年的发展已经与人才的市场竞争、战略发展和职涯规划一起成为了人力资源管理的重要组成部分。在我国现行的养老保障体系中,企业年金作为社会基本养老保险的重要补充和“养老第二支柱”,其作用正在不断凸显。同时,作为一项现代化福利制度,企业年金在人力资源管理各个层面中的重要性也在不断提升。本文通过对职工福利和我国企业年金制度的理论概念及建立背景的阐述,进一步阐述企业年金制度在人才招募、激励、约束、薪酬管理等人力资源管理领域中的意义和作用,并通过对国家政策的支持力度作为外部条件对企业年金发展的指导作用;科学合理的方案设计作为制度规范对企业年金发展的保障作用;以及先进理念的培养树立作为主观意愿对企业年金发展的推动作用的分析对企业年金的发展思路进行探讨。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The issue of the old age protection has concerned all of us, because of the graying population. As the managers, how to solve the problem is difficult. To establish HR management system is consistent with the development of our country and fit on the characteristics of ours is a very important subject. The mechanism can help to significantly improve the performance level and the core competitiveness. The supplementary pension has been an important part of the HR management system during a century in the US and Europe. And it’s becoming a supplementary and the second pillar of the social pension insurance system in our country and the companies. By the description of the employee benefits and the supplementary pension, show the efficacy and significance in the field of HR management, the instruction function with the public policy, the institutionalized and standardized application from the project design, the development by the subjective will. | |
