中文摘要：	随着市场竞争的日益激烈，消费模式和价值观念不断向个性化、多样化发展，在这种情况下,美国学者派恩(B. Joseph PineⅡ)于1990年提出了一种新的生产模式—大规模定制（Mass Customization，MC）。大规模定制模式很快成为21世纪企业竞争的利器，进而被国内外越来越多的企业所采用，以提升其自身国际竞争力。同时基于大规模定制模式的企业管理方面的研究已经很多，例如产品开发、物流、营销、生产计划等，但是在质量管理方面的则相对很少，同时原材料的质量管理是产品质量管理的基础。因此，在大规模定制生产模式下，如何进行原材料的质量改善是本文的研究重点。 本文将首先介绍大规模定制的特征及生产方式的演变，然后概述了质量管理的发展及其重要性，以及原材料质量对后续产品质量的重要度。根据大规模定制运作的特点，结合全面质量管理的理念，总结出大规模定制下原材料质量管理的特点，通过进行大规模定制原材料质量改善项目的独特性分析，进行项目界定；列举影响大规模定制企业原材料质量项目提升的关键因素，找出为提升原材料质量的关键管理过程；制定大规模定制下原材料质量改善项目的计划及各改善项目活动方案。 本文以力神电池股份有限公司的原材料质量改善项目为例，将原材料改善项目分解为三个管理流程的更新，导入两个新质量工具，增加一个新评价办法，具体研究内容有：新品认证阶段，导入先期质量控制程序（APQP）,更新新产品导入流程；试生产阶段，增加原材料量产认证要求，供应商执行生产件批准程序（PPAP），并应做好对供应商的工程能力的评价和批生产质量波动的分析，更新原材料认证流程；量产阶段，增加与原材料供应商签订质量保证协议，对供应商的供货质量应采用综合全面的指标进行供应商质量评价和管理，督促其改善提升，最终促使原材料整体质量稳步提升，更新原材料供应商质量管理与评价流程。
英文摘要：	In the case of increasing competitive market, individual and diverse development of comsuption modes and values, B. Joseph PineⅡ, an American scholar, put forward a new production mode – Mass Customization in 1990. Mass Customization mode comes into being as edge tool of enterprise competition in 21th century, therefore more and more foreign enterprises use this mode in order to improve their international competitiveness. There are so many researches based on Mass Customization, such as production development, logistics, marketing, production plan, and so on, though reasearches on quality control are relatively few，meanwhile raw material quality management is the product quality management foundation. In a word, in the mode of Mass Customization, how to improve the quality of raw materials will be discussed in this paper. At first, this paper introduces the characteristics of mass customization and transformation of production mode, and then summarizes the development and importance of quality management and the influence of raw materials quality on subsequent product. According to the characteristics of mass customization, there are anlyses of characteristics of quality management in the mass customization mode combining the concept of total quality management. The reason of transformation from mass production to mass customization is that mass production fails to satisfy the expectation of enterprises for quality of production and service. Besides, production demands the quality stability of raw materials, quick response and so on. The project of improving raw materials quality discusses the corresponding management methods of different phases according to new product of raw materials, trial production and mass production. Only Advanced Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Procedure could improve raw materials quality instead of incoming quality control or enhancing quality managenment of supplies. Building complete supply assessment system which is valid assure the raw materials quality in mass production. Combining the project of raw materials quality improvement of Lishen Battery Co. LTD, raw material improvement project is broken into, inducts the update management processes of two new quality tools, add a new evaluation method,the main contents in this paper include: New product authentication stage, import predate the quality control program (APQP), update the new products into process; Start-up, increase require suppliers executive PPAP, and should do well in the engineering ability of suppliers of evaluation and batch production quality fluctuation analysis of authentication process, update raw materials; The production stages, increase and raw materials suppliers, quality assurance agreement signed suppliers to supply quality of comprehensive index should be adopted for supplier quality evaluation and management, to monitor the compliance to ascend, ultimately, the overall quality of raw materials has increased, update raw materials suppliers quality management and evaluation process
