| 中文摘要： | 热电厂项目是目前电力行业投资比较经济的一种能源转化方式是热电联产，也是目前公认的节约能源的有效措施之一，同时也保障着一个城市的居民集中采暖用热和保障工业生产的热源，而热电厂项目建设的质量是项目成果的关键和核心。同时也是企业如何有效利用好投资资金，如何提高冬季供热的保障性、安全性以及质量管理控制水平成为目前亟待解决的问题，同时给天津市“蓝天工程”的实施增加了一份力量。 以Z热电厂建设项目生命周期建设过程为实例，本项目是一个典型热电联产项目，本文紧紧抓住项目生命周期下的过程质量控制，严把过程质量的重要环节，依照热电项目的自身特点，运用实证研究法，PDCA循环改进等多种手段，从质量目标、质量计划、质量控制等质量管理的主要环节入手，分别从可研阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和试运行调试阶段四大过程入手，系统地分析了电力工程建设项目的施工过程质量管理。通过质量管理工具，动态、系统地并有针对性的控制项目过程质量。最后结合项目质量管理过程中出现的问题，针对性地提出了建设性意见，在今后类似的项目建设可以起到借鉴性的作用，对当前大型热电联产建设项目的质量管理具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。 | |
