中文摘要:经济全球化的发展,使得经济领域的国际竞争日益激化和复杂,任何企业不管其规模多么庞大,实力多么雄厚,要单靠自己的力量成功地在国内国际市场上竞争,已越来越困难。改革开放以来,我国电子信息产业虽然实现了持续快速发展,并已成为全球最大的电子信息产品制造基地,但是在一些核心技术等资源上,未来还将面临巨大的挑战。战略联盟作为一种企业的发展战略和组织形式,能够有效的整合内外资源,实现联盟成员间的多赢。建立战略联盟,符合电子信息企业寻求适应快速变化的外部环境和发展战略的要求。同时,通过战略联盟有效运作,能使企业将其内部资源和外部资源得到更有效的配置和利用,提升企业核心竞争力,帮助企业快速发展。 本文基于战略联盟的基础理论和战略分析研究方法,以AVM公司作为对象,分析研究AVM公司组建战略联盟的动因,伙伴选择方法,稳定性并提出了建立实施战略联盟的保障措施。 论文首先对战略联盟的相关理论进行了阐述,包括企业战略联盟的概念、特征、类型、动因等。运用PEST方法分析了AVM公司所处的宏观环境,运用迈克尔波特关于竞争战略的五种力量模型,分析了AVM公司所处行业的行业环境竞争结构,明确公司面临的外部机会与威胁。运用价值链理论和VRIO框架,重点分析了AVM公司内部资源和能力状况,明确了内部存在的优势与劣势,指出AVM公司通过建立实施战略联盟,可以提高公司的竞争力。论文结合SWOT分析对AVM公司建立实施战略联盟的动因进行了分析,确定了AVM公司战略联盟的类型和特征。最后基于战略联盟稳定性,提出AVM公司建立实施战略联盟的具体保障措施,即AVM公司必须采取组织结构调整、提升核心能力、建立联盟信息共享机制、收益分享机制、信任与约束机制、加强联盟文化协同等措施,为战略联盟提供保障。 本文立足于AVM公司实际现状,是一个有现实意义的题材,对AVM公司实现其长远发展具有现实指导意义,同时对其它电子信息企业战略联盟的建立与实施有一定的借鉴作用。 
英文摘要:Economic area’s international competition now more and more complicated and sharp due to Global economy’s development, every enterprise no matter how big scale or powerful strength would find it is more and more difficult to get success in internal or international market just by itself. From the Reform and Opening, though our electronic-information industry has achieved fast and continuously development, China has been the biggest manufacturing base of Global electronic-information product, we still facing huge challenge in the future in some core technology resource. Strategic Alliances, as a shape of enterprise’s develop strategy and organization, could conform internal-external resource effectively, could make alliance member’s multi-win come true. It is also accord with electronic-information enterprise’s requirement of adapt to rapid change external environment and development strategy to found Strategic Alliances. And from alliance’s effective operation, enterprise could more better configure its internal and external resource and get more effective using, upgrade enterprise’s core competition, help enterprise get more quick growth This thesis base on Strategic Alliance’s basic theory and strategy study method, choose AVM company as a sample, analysis the cause of AVM’s Strategic Alliances foundation, associate chosen, stability, and gave out the assurance of how to found and operation Strategic Alliances. The study firstly expatiate the related theory of Strategic Alliances, include enterprise Strategic Alliances concept, character, cause, etc. Analysis AVM’s Macroscopic environment in PEST method and its trade competitive frame in Michael Porter’s Five-Forces model, clearly understand AVM’s external chance and threaten. Use value-chain theory and VRIO frame to emphasis on analysis AVM’s internal resource and real capability, specific its strongth and weakness, found AVM could improve its competition on establish and operate Strategic Alliances. Combine the SWOT analysis of AVM’s Strategic Alliances implement causation got its Strategic Alliances shape and character. Then base on the stability of Strategic Alliances, come out AVM’s Strategic Alliances foundation and implement plan: organization adjustment, core capability improvement, alliance information sharing, income sharing, trust and restrict regulation, improve cooperation with alliance to make sure the assurance of Strategic Alliances. This article was base on AVM’s real situation, was a real subject. It has long time direction to AVM’s development, and could be as a reference to other electronic information enterprise in Strategic Alliances’s found and implement.
