中文摘要:近年来,IT外包产业得到了迅速的发展。然而,IT外包是一把双刃剑,它给企业带来收益的同时也潜藏着巨大的风险。发包方与接包方之间的外包关系好坏与外包合同的质量对外包项目的成功有着至关重要的影响。企业要在竞争激励的商业浪潮中生存,逐渐意识到“共生”和“共赢”的重要性。 共生理论诞生于对生物界的研究,近年来逐渐被应用到制造业供应链的研究领域。现如今,几乎任何行业中都能看到共生关系的存在,尤其在外包产业链中的应用日趋广泛。但是维持长期、健康的共生关系需要彼此信任和承诺,仅仅靠一张合同是不足以保证项目成功的,应该将信任机制的培养融入到合同决策中,发挥它们的合力。此外,在日趋复杂的IT外包项目环境下,传统合同的局限性日愈显露,项目绩效的评价存在困难和偏差,众多学者先后提出在外包合同决策中引入发包方的主观评价衡量项目绩效是一个可行的方法。为了更好的研究外包合同决策对项目绩效水平的影响,我们通过引入接包方努力程度这一变量将外包合同与项目收益值之间建立了联系,将传统合同中的服务水平协定(SLA)与关系型合同中的主观评价方法结合起来,将规范控制机制和关系机制结合起来,力求通过合理的设计合同条款以有效引导接包方投入最大的努力程度,顺应IT外包产业链中企业之间趋于共生的发展形势,有效应对IT外包项目的特殊性和复杂性。 通过模型求解以及数例分析本研究得出结论,IT外包项目的最大收益值、最大损失值、接包方能力大小以及发包方对项目绩效的满意度差别均与接包方所能投入的最大努力程度相关,且呈正相关关系。发包方企业在共生共赢的前提下,即保证接包方收益最大化条件下的最优决策值取决于以上各因素的取值大小。所以,发包方在考虑外包策略时,要充分了解自身项目特点和接包方能力水平,同时兼顾项目绩效最大化和双方长期、健康外包关系的维系。  
英文摘要:In recent years, IT outsourcing industry obtained a rapid development. However, IT outsourcing is a double-edged sword, it brings to the enterprise large benefit also lurk huge risk. The outsourcing contract has a significant effect on the outsourcing relationships between the principle and agent, and then has an important impact on the IT outsourcing success. Enterprises gradually realized that "symbiosis" and "win-win" are important for surviving in the competitive business world. Intergrowth theory was born in the biological research, in recent years it was applied to the manufacturing supply chain gradually. Nowadays, we can see the existence of symbiotic relationship in almost any industry, especially in the IT outsourcing industry. But maintain long-term and healthy symbiotic outsourcing relationships need trust and commitment, merely a paper contract is not sufficient to ensure the success of the project. So we should cultivate the trust mechanism in the contract and use them together. In addition, in an increasingly complex IT outsourcing project environment, the limitations of the traditional contract has revealed, evaluation of the project performance exists difficulties and deviation. Add the subjective evaluation in outsourcing contract is a feasible method. In order to research how the outsourcing contract decisions influence the project performance level, we use “efforts level” to set up a bridge between the outsourcing contract and the project profit. We combine the service level agreements (SLA) and the subjective evaluation method together, and regulate control mechanism and relationship mechanism together, use regulate control mechanism and relationship mechanism at the same time. We hope to design an effective contract to encourage the biggest effort of the agent, adapt to the symbiosis IT outsourcing supply chain between enterprises, and effectively solve the particular and complex problems of IT outsourcing project. We can conclude from solving the model and analysising the number of cases:the maximum benefit and loss of the IT outsourcing project, the capacity of the agent, the principal’s satisfaction different of the performance are all related to the maximum effort the agent can pay, and there is a positive correlation between them. The optimal decision of the principal, who should made decision in the symbiotic win-win situation under the premise that the agent can earn its maximum benefit, are depending on those factors above. Therefore, when the principal considering the outsourcing strategy, the characteristics of the IT project and the capacity of the agent should be taken into account, in order to ensure the success of the project and the healthy outsourcing relationship.
