| 中文摘要: | 竞争情报是指企业为在行业中创造和保持竞争优势所必需的一切与竞争对手、竞争环境和竞争策略有关的情报信息,可以为企业的各种活动提供参考依据,是企业实现高效理和不断创新必不可少的重要工具。竞争情报收集是指企业信息或情报工作人员通过各种途径和方式获取所需要的有效竞争情报的过程,是企业竞争情报工作的源头,是竞争情报在企业管理中得以利用的第一步,也是关键的一步。 企业竞争情报任务是指导企业各种竞争情报活动的重要标准,所以也是企业竞争情报收工作的主要活动准则。竞争情报收集任务的本质就是引导人们参与竞争情报收集活动,影响着企业竞争情报工作人员的所有信息行为。对一个领域的任务进行分类是研究任务和人们竞争情报行为的一个重要环节。对企业竞争情报收集任务的研究可以帮助情报人员确立其收集情报信息的行为准则,帮助其明确信息需求和具体收集流程。任务分类体系的优劣对竞争情报收集工作会产生重要的影响,片面的或部分的对任务进行简单分类对竞争情报收集工作没有任何帮助,必须从企业和活动的整体出发,对任务进行全方面的分类,才能够保证竞争情报收集工作的有效性。 所以,在任务的指导下进行企业竞争情报的收集工作可以保证收集到的竞争情报是准确的、及时的并且是有效的,只有这样才能够保证企业竞争情报工作的有效性,才能够为企业创造效益和提高竞争优势。将企业任务与企业竞争情报相结合,构建面向任务的竞争情报收集模式,使企业能够在纷繁复杂的市场信息中最大限度的发现企业需要的竞争情报,获得有效情报,保证企业竞争情报活动的有效开展。本文借助于案例分析研究方法,探讨任务的本质和分类方法对企业竞争情报收集工作的影响和意义为主要目标,试图构建面向任务的竞争情报收集模式。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Competitive intelligence is generally refer to the information that help enterprises to maintain competitive advantage, which concerning about the competitors, the competitive environment and competitive strategy for the enterprise, can provide the reference for various activities. Competitive intelligence is an indispensable element in the enterprise management and innovation process, is also an adhesive and catalysts to help enterprises realize effective management and innovative. Competitive intelligence collation is the processes that through the various channels and by all the ways acquire needed competitive intelligence, it is the source of competitive intelligence work, is also the first step to use competitive intelligence. The efficiency of intelligence gathering strategies directly affect the quality of the information that achieved from competitive intelligence work. The important works of the intelligence collection are intelligence collection make a greatly influence on the information quality. Intelligence source, and integration and collection strategy, and collect rules. The task is an important target of enterprise activity what guideline all the activities, is also the main basis of the enterprise competitive intelligence works. Task achievement and competition intelligence collection work mutual inspired and mutually reinforcing.Factually, lead people to participate in the competition intelligence collection activities, and affect the personal information behavior. It is an important part that classicizes the task of a patricidal field research. Today, the study about the collection of competitive intelligence and the classification of tasks is too rare so this article inspire the worthy of this field. In this study, based on the case study, the author studies the feasibility of the collection of competitive intelligence and classification of tasks. The collection of competitive intelligence and enterprise tasks enable the work of enterprise competitive intelligence not only to adapt to the needs of enterprise management to better promote the innovation of enterprise management, or looking for opportunities for enterprise management innovation, then make the competitive intelligence to play its parts to the full. The enterprise competitive intelligence collection mode oriented to the task built in this paper based on enterprise competitive intelligence, but its core is oriented to enterprise tasks and its purpose is enterprise management. This paper analyzes the features and architecture of task and the intelligence acquisition system. And on the basis of this analysis, this research discussed the essence and classification of task of enterprise competitive intelligence collection. Moreover, it also analyzes the influence and significance of tasks to the achievement of the goals of activities, and tries to build a task-orientation competitive intelligence collection mode. At last, this paper makes use of case analysis to prove the practical applicability of this mode. | |
