中文摘要: | 近年来,执行力问题一直是困扰着许多国内外企业的一个问题,怎样提高有效的执行力自然就成了人们关注的研究热点。在竞争环境日益激烈的今天,客户需求的多样性和不确定性因素越来越多,如何以最快的速度满足客户的各种产品需求,集中体现在供应链执行力系统的支撑强弱上,强支撑的供应链执行力系统可以使企业运营弹性地满足客户的各种需求;反之,就不能弹性地响应客户的各种需求。 本文通过对供应链管理理论和执行力理论相结合的阐述,采用供应链中核心企业相关执行力理论,同时运用实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法、系统研究方法、资料规整和统计方法,从供应链的视角,针对影响DK公司企业执行力的制度与流程支持系统、信息技术支持系统、企业文化支持系统的存有的问题和原因进行分析研究,从制度与流程构建和落实、信息平台构建和运行、执行文化的构建和实施方面较为全面地给出了提升DK公司企业执行力的建议和方案,保证企业的竞争优势,使企业保持可持续发展的目标。 全文分为六个部分进行阐述。第一部分就写作的背景和意义、方法和框架做个简单的介绍,接下来对相关的执行力理论进行系统的回顾,定义了企业执行力的概念。第二部分就DK公司在供应链中所处的核心地位进行了概述,分析和阐述了DK作为核心企业所需具备一定的执行力,再根据DK公司目前作为核心企业执行力存有不足的现状,针对性地就制度与流程、信息技术、企业文化三个方面支持系统的构建和落实,来全面提升其执行力。第三部分通过制度与流程与执行力相关性的分析,得出制度与流程体系是执行力的前提和保证,执行力是体现制度与流程有效的运作推力和工具。第四部分通过信息技术与执行力相关性的分析,得出有效地信息技术有助于执行力的提升,执行力是信息技术良好运作的前提。第五部分通过企业文化与执行力相关性分析,得出企业文化是执行力赖以存在的思维模式,执行力是企业文化体现的行为模式。第六部分是对全文的总结,并指出将来进一步研究的方向。 本文的创新之处就是将供应链理论和执行力理论相结合,从供应链的视角将核心企业DK的执行力全面提升所需的支持系统的研究,尝试从流程与制度体系、信息技术体系以及企业文化体系等方面来分析研究从而全面提升企业的执行力。 | |
英文摘要: | In recent years, poor execution has always been troubling domestic and foreign Enterprises, naturally how to improve efficient execution in enterprises becomes a hot topic. With today’s more competitive economic environment, the customer’s demands are varied and the uncertain factors are increasing, How to fulfill the customer’s all kinds of requirements in the best time will depend on the execution of supply chain. Strong execution makes company run smoothly to satisfy customers flexibly. On the contrary, fail to delight the customers. Through the description of supply chain theory and executive theory, using related execution of core enterprise in supply chain theory, the methods of case study and criterion analysis, system research, data statistics, from visual angle of supply chain, and synchronously analyzing the problems and reasons in considering rules and process, IT system, execution culture which impact DK execution of enterprise, containing rules and process being built and implemented, IT platform being structured and running, execution culture being formed and carried out, the thesis raises the suggestions overall on how to prompt the execution of enterprise, keep the company competitive strength and make company sustainable development. The thesis is divided into six parts. Part I is an introduction to the background, significance, writing methods and thesis frame, and reviews the relevant execution theories systematically, define the execution of enterprise. Part II summarizes DK core position in the whole supply chain and analyses core enterprise on execution requirements. Meanwhile, it depicts DK current executions on weakness and advise how to improve it from the sides of rules process, IT, and culture so on. Part III analyses the relationship between rules process and the execution, draw a conclusion that the rules and process are both premise and guarantee for the execution but the execution feedbacks the rules and process implemented efficiently. Part IV analyses the relationship between IT and execution, find that the efficient IT help prompt the execution but the execution is the premise of IT running smoothly. Part V analyses the relationship between business culture and execution and confirm that business culture is the execution relying on thinking model but the execution embodies the behaviours of business culture. Part VI is the summary of the whole thesis, it also instructs the direct for further study. The innovation points of the thesis is that uniting supply chain theory and executive theory, from the visual angle of supply chain, the author conducted to enhance the core enterprise DK execution overall through analysis and research its supporting systems including rules process system, IT system, business culture system. | |
