中文摘要：	煤炭资源作为全世界储量最为丰富的自然资源，一直以来都为经济的发展和社会的进步提供有利的支持，煤炭企业在生产和作业过程中也为我国经济的发展做出了重要的贡献。然而，近年来由于循环经济发展模式逐渐受到人们的重视，循环经济理论日渐深入人心，社会对于煤炭企业旧有的生产模式带给环境造成的污染和破坏也越发给予了较多的关注。煤炭行业如何评价自身的行为是否符合循环经济的要求，煤炭企业利用何种方式来评价自身的环境保护能力也成为目前煤炭行业探讨的问题。本文通过对煤炭行业特征的研究，并与循环经济的理论和要求相结合，设计了一套煤炭行业循环型企业评价指标体系，这套指标根据企业的投入、产出和作业过程三个阶段分别进行评价指标的体系，通过数据的统计和核算来评价煤炭企业是否达到了循环型企业的标准，进而反映出企业在循环经济发展中所取得的成就和存在的不足。 在煤炭行业循环型企业评价指标体系建立之后，本文重点探讨了企业采用何种管理办法能够保证评价指标体系的顺利运用和实施。在经过研究和调查之后，文章分别从企业文化和企业制度两个方面对企业的管理办法提出建议，要求企业应该建立企业生态文化，并树立正确的企业价值观，在企业制度方面完善循环经济奖惩制度，调动员工进行循环型企业评价指标数据搜集的积极性，实行一定的激励制度，另外企业在利用指标体系进行评价考核的时候要注意指标体系与实际企业文化的结合情况，根据具体情况对评价指标进行修正与完善，从而使评价指标具有较高的客观性，能够精确的反应事实的状态。 文章通过某煤矿企业的案例对煤炭行业循环型企业评价指标体系的实施进行了说明，在经过数据统计后对其在循环经济中所获得的成就及不足进行了全面的评价，以使读者能够更加深入的了解该指标体系的运用方法。 最后，本文阐述了研究的结论与创新点，并在最后说明研究的不足以及对未来研究的展望。
英文摘要：	Coal industry, which has the world’s most abundant natural resources, has been providing strong support for economic development and social progress. Coal companies have made important contribution during the production and operation process. In recent years, circular economy has been more and more important. So people’s attention of the industry is no longer on the ability of making money. More and more people has becoming to concern about the environmental problems. They want to know whether the behavior of the coal company is no harm to the environment. Characteristics of the coal industry and the thesis of the circular economy were both concerned by the study. After the study, we built an evaluation index system of recycling company of the coal industry. This indicator is divided into three parts: input, output and process. The statistical results of the index system will reflect the objective facts of enterprises. After the establishment of evaluation index system in the circulatory enterprises of the coal industry, I focus on the management approaches which the business has to adopt to ensure the evaluation index system can work smoothly. i put forward some suggestions on the corporate culture and enterprise systems after cautiously research and investigation. To ensure the high objectivity of the evaluation index ,and precisely reflect the fact status, they have to set up enterprise bionomics culture and accurate corporate values, improve the circulatory economic system of reward and punishment, mobilize the employees' enthusiasm on collecting dates about the evaluation index of circulatory enterprises, implement some kind of incentive system. Besides, the enterprises have to pay attention to the combination conditions between the index system and practical enterprise culture, revise and perfect the evaluation index according to the specific circumstances. To describing the use of the evaluation index system of recycling company of the coal industry, this thesis makes a coal enterprises as an example. It will help us understand the use of the index system better. After analysis, we can find the achievements and shortcomings of the enterprise in circular economy. At last, this thesis summaries the conclusion and the innovation. It shows the lacks of its study, and the hope for the future research.
