中文摘要：	摘要 工程项目的管理核心目标管理内容是工程的建设质量、建设工期与建设的成本控制。目前来说，在我国的绝大多数建设单位对工程实施的控制还是以成本控制为主，也就是我们常说的预算，决算。对于建设过程中的工期以及质量，基本上是单独管理，即成本/ 质量/工期三大管理核心目标的分离。如果能够研究出一种比相对完善的工程项目集成化管理方法，同时兼顾项目的工期、成本和质量三个管理核心目标，在它们之间寻求协调平衡，就能达到追求项目全面效益的最终实现的管理核心目标，从而在项目实施中获得最大经济效益，为建设单位创造良好的发展基础。 本文运用项目集成化管理的理论思想，结合天津亿安置地公司“耀辉庄园”工程项目的实际情况，初步构建了集成化管理模型，并描述出构成该模型的三个要素：搭建项目集成信息管理数据库、制定集成化管理计划以及集成化管理计划的实施。具体研究内容如下： （一）介绍并回顾项目管理、项目集成化管理的相关理论及国内外工程建设项目管理和项目集成化管理的发展情况，分析了工程项目由于缺少科学的集成化管理思想而存在的问题。 （二）运用项目集成化管理的思想构建了亿安置地公司“耀辉庄园”工程项目的集成化管理模型及其集成化管理主线。 （三）搭建了耀辉庄园工程建设项目的集成化管理中心数据库。 （四）制订了耀辉庄园工程建设项目的集成化管理计划，并明确了管理核心目标分解结构和责任分配矩阵以及确定了工作包。 （五）基于计算机技术以及WBS方法对项目集成化管理计划的实施、控制和预测进行了充分应用 。 通过集成化管理，亿安置地公司“耀辉庄园”工程项目竣工后，不仅获得了市级优秀工程的荣誉，同时在工期和成本方面，也严格遵循项目计划的要求，受到了多方的好评，通过项目集成化管理方法的确能够达到理想的效果。
英文摘要：	The core objects of construction project management are the construction quality, construction process and the cost control. Presently, the control implemented by most of the construction units is concentrated on cost control, i.e. budget and final accounts. The control of quality and process are individually managed, which makes the separation of three key management objects. The research tries to put forward an effective IPM method that balances the three key management objects of quality, process and cost control and maximizes project benefits. The thsis sets a basic integration management model based on the integration project management (IPM) theory and the actual situation of Yao Hui Garden Project of Tianjin Yian Land Company. The three essential elements of the model are: building information database of IPM, developing full plan of IPM, and implementing the IPM plan. The research contents are as follows: 1. Introducing and reviewing the related theory and development of IPM, analyzing issues due to less of rational thoughts of integration management. 2. Constructing the IPM model and key control lines of Yao Hui Garden Project of Tianjin Yian Land Company. 3. Building the information database of the IPM model. 4. Developing full plan of IPM model, clarifying the core control structure and responsibility matrix, and setting up work package. 5. Implementing, controlling and forecasting the IPM plan sufficiently based on computer technology and WBS method. Through IPM, the Yao Hui Garden Project not only won the award of citywide outstanding construction project, but also gained good results in cost and process control.
