中文摘要：	对文件生周期理论与文件连续体理论作对比式思考，是档案专业对外部环境变迁作出回应的体现。两种理论的比较研究现状存在流于理论和知识的碎片化处理等问题。系统论以其系统性、层次性和动态性等理论内涵为文件生命周期与文件连续体理论的分析与比较搭建了理想的研究桥梁。 将文件生命周期与文件连续体理论作系统论分析在内涵上具有双层涵义：两种理论作为各自相对独立的完整理论系统存在和作为上层档案学科理论系统的元素存在。两种理论系统有着各自的系统基本要素，即环境、元素、结构和功能。两种理论系统之间兼具历时性和共时性。二者从先后产生到现阶段的共同存在这一发展过程中的历时性与共时性的统一可以置于系统耗散结构中予以考察。两种理论的发展沿革路径与学科范式转型具有内在关联。 文件生命周期与文件连续体理论的关联体现在系统要素和要素全体所构成的系统整体当中。二者的系统要素的对比关系是：从系统环境角度，文件生命周期理论系统是面向无理可依的实践这一系统环境，并在环境变迁中遭遇理论瓶颈，文件连续体理论系统是面向滞后实践的理论这一系统环境，并在环境变迁中得到萌生。从系统元素角度，文件生命周期理论的系统元素带有明显的传统分离式工作环节印迹，构成线性相关的关系，文件连续体理论的系统元素则是脱胎于现代管理的系统工程思想，表现出多维互动的关系；从系统结构和功能角度，文件生命周期理论是文件个体的单向封闭结构和文件运动的观测轨迹，文件连续续体理论是跨越文件个体和群体的立体延展结构和社会记忆的建构指南。二者的系统整合对比关系是：文件连续体理论系统是文件生命周期理论系统在档案学理论系统框架内演化的结果，文件连续体理论系统是文件生命周期理论系统的耗散结构；文件生命周期到连续体的耗散结构体现了了档案学理论范式转型的本质。 档案学理论发展的路径遵循系统的反馈机制。档案学理论发展的主体动力来源于档案学科的理论自觉。档案学理论发展的辅助动力是对其他学科的借鉴和融合。
英文摘要：	It is a response of archival science to external environment transition to cmpare theory of life cycle of records with theory of records continuum. There are problems for the present comparision research situation of the two theories,such as fragmentation of research results.System theory build a bridge between comparision research of the two theories as a result of its advanteges in systematicness, hierarchy and dynamicness. There are two double meanings of analysis of the two theories based on system theory.First,both of the two theories are relatively autonomous systems.And there are four sectors including element environment, structure and function in the two theory systems.Second, both of the two theories are the elements of a upper layer system called archival science theories system.And the relationships between the two theory systems are synchrony and diachrony which could be displayed in system dissipative structure and paradigm transformation. The relationships in-depth could be indicated in the elements and integral structures of the two theory systems.First,the relationship indicated in the elements are as follows. From the standpoint of system environment, theory of life cycle of records faced the environment with no theoretical basis and theory of records continuum faced the theory which had falled behind practice. From the standpoint of system element, three elements in theory of life cycle of records are involved in traditional separated managing processes and five elementsin theory of records continuum grow out from modern management thought. From the standpoint of system structure and function, theory of life cycle of records is a close structure with single-track and is the observation trajectory of records movements. Theory of records continuum is a four-dimensional and ductile structure.It is a guide to build the social memories.Second, the relationship indicated in integral structures of the two theory systems are as follows. Theory of records continuum is resulted from continuous evolvement of theory of life cycle of records. The latter is the dissipative structure of the former.And the dissipative structure displays the essence of the paradigm transformation in archival science. Route of the development of archival science theory follows feedback mechanism. Subject power of the development of archival science theory comes from theoretical awareness. Auxiliary power the development of archival science theory comes from interdiscipline blend.
