| 中文摘要: | 本文以精益生产和六西格玛管理的有机结合为研究目的,在对国内外相关理论研究的基础上,对精益生产系统和六西格玛管理系统的特点进行了深入地分析,并试图构建精益六西格玛结合的一套运营系统及自我评价体系,以使其能够适应当前市场竞争激烈,竞相追求低成本,高质量产品的市场环境。 首先指出传统的大批量生产方式存在的诸多问题,已经不适应当前多品种、小批量,更多定制的市场需求,企业需要改进原有的生产方式以适应市场环境的变化。然后分析并论述了精益生产系统的体系结构和特点;分析了六西格玛管理系统的系统流程和特点,随后深入分析了精益生产系统和六西格玛系统各自的局限性,指出了单独应用精益生产或六西格玛管理存在的很多弊病,随后在此基础上分析了精益生产和六西格玛管理结合应用的必要性和结合应用的价值和优势,得出六西格玛管理法与精益生产结合的优势在于以下三个方面:在企业战略层次提供战略指导;两种管理法均采用过程模式;在具体工作中,六西格玛管理法与精益生产的工具整合更加紧密。并总结出精益六西格玛是将六西格玛管理法与精益生产方式二者的结合得到的一种管理方法,它能够通过提高顾客满意度、降低成本、提高质量、加快流程速度和改善资本投入,使股东价值实现最大化。指出了精益生产与六西格玛管理结合的价值体现以及二者结合的途径。 接下来对于传统的精益屋模型进行改进,使之成为一个精益六西格玛屋模型,其中结合了精益生产和六西格玛管理的理念和工具。随后提出了一套精益生产和六西格玛结合的运营系统模型、标准实施框架和实施程序,并对精益六西格玛运营系统的关键能力进行了深入分析。之后在借鉴国外常见自我评价体系的基础上,提出了运营系统的自我评价体系及实施流程。 最后分析总结了在实施精益六西格玛运营系统时应注意的地方,规避何种障碍,以及保证实施成功的因素。文章的最后通过霍尼韦尔天津工厂的案例来验证精益六西格玛运营系统的有效性。 | |
| 英文摘要: | The thesis aims at the integration of lean production system and six sigma management system. On the basis of deeply analysis of international relevant theory of lean production and six sigma management, it tries to build a lean sigma operating system and self evaluation system, so that to adapt current rigorous competition market environment of low cost and high quality product. Firstly, it points out that traditional mass production system shows many questions and defects, has not adapted current high variety and low volume requirement, especially there are more and more customerization. Enterprise need to improve previous production system to fit current and future market requirements. Secondly, analyzed and stated the system framework and charactistics of lean production and six sigma methodologies, then analyzed the procedure of lean and six sigma management, and then deeply analyzed their limitations under high mix and low volume market requirement. Then on the basis of deeply analysis of the necessary of integrating lean production and six sigma methodology, and highlight the disadvantages of using them separately, the value and advantages to integrate them together, also the way how to integrate them together. Next analyzed Lean production and application of Six Sigma management with the need to integrate applications and the value and advantages that Six Sigma Lean production management act and the advantage lies with the following three aspects: the enterprise strategic level to provide strategic guidance; Both are used by management process model; In concrete work, Six Sigma and Lean Production management act tools integrated more closely. Lean Six Sigma and summarized is Lean Six Sigma management act and the combination of the two production methods by a management methods, it can improve customer satisfaction through, reduce costs, improve quality and increase the speed and improve the flow of capital investment, to maximize shareholder value. Thirdly, build a new lean six sigma house model based on traditional lean house, and combined lean & Six Sigma concept and tools in it. On discussing the content and implementation roadmap of lean production and six sigma methodology, developed the integrated operating system of both lean and six sigma methodology. Also build the self evaluation system of lean six sigma operating system based on the analysis of international main enterprise self evaluation methodology. And finally summarized the key points of successfully implement the lean six sigma operating system, how to avoid all kinds of obstacles. At the end of thesis, a lean sigma application case of Honeywell Tianjin factory is built to validate the improvement approaches. | |
