中文摘要:产品研发类项目做为项目管理中的一个特殊类型,如何根据其特点采取特殊管理措施,一直是研发类企业比较重视的问题。近十几年来,企业对创新愈加重视,对研发的投入更是逐年增加。然而,纵观企业研发的成果却不尽人意。 研发的产品最终要投入市场,企业也是希望靠领先的产品来增强自己的竞争力。产品开发类项目从前期的市场需求调研,到研发部门的产品研制可行性分析,以及到后期的产品开发、测试、市场推广等每一个环节都会有大量的因素来影响项目的进展。过程中的某一个环节如果疏忽也很可能对项目造成灾难性的后果。然而,由于国内很多企业的急功近利行为,总是希望研发项目“少投入、多产出、上市时间短”,这样就很容易造成研发的某个关键过程的缺失。 那么,研发项目能够采取何种有效措施来尽量的防止这种情况发生哪?本文是从影响研发项目的关键成功因素的角度来出发进行研究。尤其是对海洋工程装备类产品项目的研发设计上面,对其关键成功要素进行识别,从而采取一定的措施来去解决这些问题。对于关键成功因素的研究,国内外都有很多的学者进行了深入的分析。这一理论主要是用在公司的战略管理、运营管理方面。而对于研发类项目,由于其“难度大、涵盖系统多、不确定性大、风险高、投入高”的特点,利用关键成功要素理论去分析也是很适合的。 因为作者本人是研发项目的具体执行者,所以本文主要是从项目运行过程中的角度来对关键因素进行了识别,并没有牵涉到外部环境,产品战略等角度。文中所识别的七个关键因素基本涵盖了项目运行中的一些主要问题,对项目的目标、管理手段、组织结构、人员能力等方面进行了总结。能够对装备研发类的项目管理有一定的指导意义。 
英文摘要:Product development project as a special type of project.How to manage it ?Now, R&D type enterprise attach great importance to it.In the past years, enterprise invest more fund and people for research and development new product.However, their evolutive research achievement is actually unsatisfactory. Research and development of products into market, enterprise also hope to strengthen their competitiveness by leading products.Product development from items of the early market demand research, to our R&D department product development feasibility analysis, and to the later product development, test, market promotion, and each link will have a lot of factors to influence project progress.One link in the process is negected,maybe cause suffering for hole project.However, because of the enterprise often rush these things through,they always hope projects "little inputs and much outputs, shorten time to market " likely to cause a key process missing.So, R&D project can take whatever effective measures to prevent this kind of things happening?This article’s study point is from the key success factors for R&D project.Especially for offsshore engineering equipment development, the key success factors method to solve these problems. For key success factors, there are many research at home and abroad.This theory is mainly used in the company's strategic management, operation management.And for R&D project,the use of key success factors theory to analyze also is very suitable. Because the author himself is work on the development projects managenment, so this paper mainly from project running process of key factors perspective and not implicated in the external environment, the product strategy angles etc.The seven key factors identifying basic covers some major problems in operation of the project's goals, management, organization structure, personnel capability etc.To the project management of equipment R&D has certain directive significance.
