中文摘要：	我国私募股权基金经过二十多年的发展，已经进入了一个崭新的发展阶段。私募股权基金在我国作为一种金融创新，其拓宽了企业融资渠道，优化了我国资本市场结构，同时也推动了我国产业结构的升级和中小企业的发展。随着我国私募股权基金相关配套法律法规的修订和实施以及多层次资本市场的建设，私募股权基金正在不断发展和完善，其将在我国资本市场发展中起到重要的作用。 本文以泰达荷宝股权投资基金为例，来研究我国私募股权基金的发展。第一、二部分，主要介绍论文的研究背景、研究意义、国内国外的研究现状以及相关理论概述。第三部分主要介绍了国外私募股权基金的发展及对我国私募股权基金发展的经验启示。第四部分主要介绍了我国私募股权基金的发展历程和运作现状。第五部分主要以泰达荷宝股权投资基金为例，对私募股权基金在我国的实践进行分析研究。第六部分主要对我国私募股权基金存在的问题提出了相关的建议。 本文结合案例公司所设立的私募股权基金的发起和运作情况，对我国现阶段私募股权基金的发展及运作情况进行研究和分析，同时针对我国私募股权基金发展过程中存在的问题提出了相关的建议，希望可以促进我国私募股权基金更加健康、快速的发展。
英文摘要：	Through about twenty years’ development, private equity fund is entering a new phase in our country. Private equity is an innovative financial tool. It is very important in accelerating the upgrade of industry structure, promoting the development of medium and small enterprises, and cultivating multi-hierarchy capital market. With the process of relative legislation and the development of multi-hierarchy capital market, the function of private equity fund is becoming more important in capital market. This paper is taking Robeco TEDA Investment Fund as an example and studies the development of private equity fund in our country. In Part One and Part Two, the background, the purpose and a summary of the private equity fund are introduced. In Part Three, the development of private equity fund of some foreign countries is discussed. In Part Four, the development and the current situation of private equity fund of our country are described. In Part Five, taking Robeco Teda Investment Fund as an example, the paper analyses the practice of local private equity fund of our country. In Part Six, the paper analyses existing problems of private equity fund of our country and provides certain comments and proposals. This paper uses many study methods, such as comparative method, the analytical method combined in qualitative and quantitative analysis, the method combined in the theoretical research and real example and so on. Based on analysis of the development of private equity fund of our country, some comments and proposals are provided to promote the development of private equity fund of our country.
