| 中文摘要: | 经济发展,电力先行。为了适应国家经济的飞速发展,电力投入越来越大,尤其是电网建设的投资额度越来越高。随着科技的发展,电力系统的技术要求越来越高,能够按期高效的完成电网建设任务非常困难。电网建设工程与其他工程项目最大的区别是完工即投运,考虑到电网运行的安全,项目完工的时间有着严格的限制,也就是说,项目不能延期。因此,传统的电网建设工程项目管理模式已经无法适应发展的需要。 针对这一问题,本文通过对传统项目管理方法的分析和对电网建设项目进度管理的现状及特点的分析研究,找出了电网建设项目工期管理中存在的问题,引入了关键链项目进度管理方法。以一个35KV变电站建设工程项目为例,论述了如何确定该项目的关键链,并运用弹性分析法来确定该项目的缓冲区,并建立相应的缓冲管理机制。详细介绍了缓冲区的构建过程,通过相应的进度控制方法,对该项目进行管理,确保项目能够按照计划实施。最终得出将关键链方法应用于电网建设项目,能够更好的帮助工程管理人员控制电网建设工程的进度。 关键链项目进度管理方法的实施,使得电网建设项目的进度得到了保证。通过案例证明,关键链方法能够促进电网建设工程项目的进度管理。以变电站建设为例,采用关键链方法进行进度管理比采用原有的进度计划方法可以节约工期,从而提早为企业产生经济效益。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Economic development, electric power first. In order to adapt to the rapid development of national economy, put more and more power. With the development of technology,efficiently complete the power grid construction schedule is very difficult. Power grid construction engineering and other project completion is the biggest difference is put into operation. Project cannot delay.The traditional power grid construction project management has been unable to meet its development needs. According to this problem, This thesis takes a 35KV substation construction engineering program, for example, discusses how to determine the key chains, and the purpose of elastic analysis to determine the project buffer, and set up a corresponding cushioning management mechanism.Introduces the process of the construction of the buffer, through the corresponding schedule control method, the project management, ensure project plans. Eventually got method is applied to the key chain grid construction projects, can better help project managers control the power grid construction the progress of the projects. Key chain project schedule management methods of implementation of the grid construction projects, makes the schedule was assured.For example, in substation construction by key chain method than the original schedule management method of scheduling, which can save time limit for enterprise produce economic benefits ahead. | |
