| 中文摘要: | 近年来,我国城市轨道交通发展规模和速度明显加快,城市轨道交通系统在城市发展和市民日常工作生活中正发挥着越来越重要的作用。城轨车辆作为城市轨道交通系统中运载乘客的主体,其运行的安全性、可靠性是运营的基本要求,车辆的安全性、可靠性主要是通过车辆维修工作的质量保证的。车辆维修在城轨运营中占有非常重要的地位,必须确保车辆维修质量符合要求。因此,在城轨车辆维修项目中,应采取有效的方法加强质量的控制与改进。 城轨车辆维修项目不同于普通设备维修。城轨车辆是轨道交通运营的重要环节之一,它的重要性主要体现在:车辆作为乘客乘降的载体,其技术性能、技术状态、运用效率等将会直接关系到运营任务完成的数量、质量以及所取得的社会经济效益;车辆的技术性能及运用水平代表着城轨交通移动设备水平和管理水平,车辆的质量如果不能保证,必将影响整体运能的实现。轨道交通的快速发展,造成了城轨车辆维修质量管理的滞后。目前,我国现行的城轨车辆维修质量管理主要采用质量检验制度,它对于保证车辆质量方面起到了一定的积极作用,但也日益暴露出许多弊端,质量管理不完善和质量意识不强等现象大量存在,严重地影响了城市轨道交通的运营安全和效益,尤其涉及到城轨车辆大修项目。因此,城轨车辆维修项目质量管理的改进势在必行。 本文通过对城轨车辆维修项目质量要求及维修质量影响要素进行分析,明确车辆维修项目质量控制与改进的重点和依据。同时,利用项目质量控制、改进的理论和方法,结合设备维修质量管理理论,研究确定适合于城轨车辆维修项目质量控制原则、程序和工作流程,明确质量改进的步骤、内容和组织形式。最后,通过理论联系实践,将研究成果具体应用于津滨轻轨车辆维修项目质量的控制与改进。采用PDCA循环、统计分析等质量控制、改进工具及方法,对车辆维修质量进行具体控制及改进提升。 | |
