| 中文摘要: | 目前数字出版在我国正处于迅速发展的时期,而网络游戏作为数字出版中非常重要的一个组成部分,其市场规模和用户群体正在以令人吃惊的速度逐年增长。随着网络游戏在中国的发展进入第11个年头,网络游戏玩家在我国互联网用户比重已经超过25%,近年来在休闲类网络游戏的带动下,网络游戏用户持续以令人吃惊的速度逐年增长。然而,从目前网络游戏产业的增长曲线来看,最初的爆发式增长已经结束,产业市场规模的增长进入一个较为稳定的发展阶段,国内的网络游戏公司也已经开始未雨绸缪,采取各种运营手段来增强玩家对游戏产品的忠诚度,而近年来最热门的就是建立在游戏玩家间信息交互关系之上的游戏化SNS社区。 本文针对我国网络游戏SNS主题社区的发展现状和功能设计进行分析比较,并以文献分析和问卷调研等方式,对游戏化SNS社区主要用户群——网络游戏玩家间的信息交互行为及需求进行调查,以全面了解网游玩家之间最主要的交互行为、习惯,及其互动中体现的主要信息需求和心理需求,从而对症下药,找到目前国内主流游戏化SNS社区功能上的缺点与不足。通过研究,研究者还结合玩家的真实需求,对进一步完善游戏化社区中的交互功能和游戏辅助功能提出建议,帮助游戏化SNS社区提高自身对玩家的吸引力,促使玩家在社区中停留,将游戏中建立的交互关系沉淀在游戏化社区当中,通过社区内更方便的交互功能和更庞大的交互信息进一步扩大并深化好友关系,增加彼此间的信任度和好感,从而建立长期稳定的游戏交互关系。游戏与社区中玩家间信息交互关系的无缝连接,促使玩家稳定停留在游戏和社区之中,并提高玩家对游戏的忠诚度,从而帮助网络游戏厂商达到留住核心游戏玩家、延长游戏产品寿命的目的。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Digital publishing is in a period of rapid development in China. As a very important component of digital publishing, online-game’s market and users are increasing at a surprising rate. As online-game has been developing in China for 10 years already, the proportion of online gamers in Chinese internet users is more than 25% now. However, from the current growth curve of online game industry, we can see the outbreaks of growth has ended, instead it has been in a relatively stable development stage in recent years. So the domestic online-game companies have begun to save for a rainy day, and take all the means to enhance product loyalty to the game players. In recent years, SNS communities of online gamers, which were based on their information interaction, have become very hot. In this study, researcher made an analysis on the development and function design of Chinese SNS communities of online game. With analysis of literature and questionnaire investigation, researcher understood the true demands behind online gamers’ information interactions, such as their main interactions, interacting habit, main information demand and psychological needs reflected in their interactions, so to find the weakness of SNS community of online games. Considering the needs of online gamers, researcher makes many suggestions to perfect the interactive function and auxiliary function of SNS community of online games, which could help to make players stay in the community to establish their interactions-in-game here. Through the more convenient interactive function and massive interactive information, gamers could increase trust and goodwill with others, so as to establish long-term stable game interactions with each other. At the same time, online gamers can also meet new friends in SNS community, and some interactions can be continued in the game. The seamless connection between SNS community and game makes players stay, and improve players’ loyalty to the online game products, which are just the online-game companies’ core purpose. | |
