中文摘要：	城市轨道交通作为我国快速发展的新兴行业，为许多城市目前所面临的交通拥堵问题提供了全新的解决方案。目前全国各大城市纷纷加大城市轨道交通的建设力度，据不完全统计，全国共有33个城市正规划建设地铁，已有28个城市获得国家批复，其中2009年国务院一次性就批复了22个城市的地铁建设规划，总投资达8820.03亿元。 城市轨道交通项目的开通方便了市民的出行，极大缓解了城市道路交通拥堵问题，同时随着城市化进程的加速和城市人口、机动车数量的不断增加，已投入运营轨道交通在既有线的基础上延伸项目也越来越多（如上海地铁1、2号线，北京4号线，广州地铁1号线，南京地铁1号线，津滨轻轨等），既有线延伸项目受设备兼容、延伸线运营筹备与既有线运营相互干扰等影响，给开通运营筹备带来了更大的难度和风险。 本论文通过分析城市轨道交通延伸项目开通工作内容，利用鱼刺图等分析方法分析运营质量控制的影响因素，通过项目管理质量控制的理论和方法，以津滨轻轨西延伸开通项目为案例进行研究，得出城市轨道交通延伸项目开通质量控制的方案。
英文摘要：	Urban rail transit as the rapid development of new industries in China, as many cities are currently facing problems of traffic congestion a new solution. Major cities across the country have increased urban rail transit construction, according to incomplete statistics, there were 33 cities are planning and construction of subway, 28 cities have been approved by the State in which the State Council in 2009 approved a one-time to 22 cities subway construction plan, with a total investment of 882.003 billion yuan. The opening of urban rail transit project to facilitate the public's travel, greatly easing urban traffic congestion, and with the accelerated process of urbanization and urban population, the increasing number of vehicles has been put into operation the existing rail line based on the extension of the project, more and more (such as Shanghai Metro Line No. 1,2, Beijing Line 4, the Guangzhou Metro Line 1, Nanjing Metro Line 1, Jinbin Light Rail, etc.), the existing line extension is subject to equipment compatible extension of the existing line, the operational preparation and operation of mutual interference, to the opening and operation of the preparations to bring greater difficulty and risk.
