中文摘要:进入21世纪,中国经济进入高速增长期,中国成为经济增长热点,并成为世界瞩目的焦点。日本综合商社作为日本独特的企业模式,在中国的成长也经历了三十余年的历程。伴随中国经济的腾飞,在华日本综合商社将如何进行经营战略调整,是本文研究的课题。 本文在运用战略管理相关理论及国内外先行研究成果的基础上,结合在华综合商社的发展历程及实例,同时大量采用日本和中国相关机构提供的数据,即以理论联系实际的方法进行分析、研究。 本文共分五个部分。首先,提出本文研究的背景及本文所要解决的问题,并进一步归纳出本文的研究思路与框架,进而说明本文研究的意义。其次,就本文将涉及的战略管理相关理论进行论述。其中包括经营战略的基础理论、环境分析相关方法和理论、企业资源基本理论、核心能力理论;战略选择与实施方面的理论包括:差异化战略、多元化战略、纵向一体化战略等。第三部分,就在华综合商社的外部经营环境展开论述,包括宏观环境分析、产业环境分析及市场定位等内容。通过这些内容的分析,可以清楚认识在华综合商社所处的外部环境。第四部分,就在华综合商社内部环境展开论述。主要内容包括对于综合商社的概述及综合商社的功能、竞争优势等论述,进而就在华综合商社的资源和能力作以详细分析,并分析其核心能力。第五部分,就在华综合商社的经营战略调整与实施进行论述。用SWOT分析方法总结出在华综合商社的优势与劣势、面临的机遇与威胁,从而为经营战略调整的分析打下基础。本文认为,在华综合商社正向着多元化、纵向一体化方向发展,并积极开展大型项目的推进以及战略重组和人才本土化战略。从在华综合商社涉足的领域来看,其正将战略重点向基础能源、资源类产业、新能源产业、环保产业以及高中档消费品领域拓展,这些领域都具有鲜明的时代特色。 最后,通过对综合商社的在华经营战略调整的论述,进一步分析对于中国相关产业产生的影响,这也是非常具有现实意义的。 
英文摘要:Since the 21st century, the economy of China has entered into a period of rapid development. China has therefore become the focus of economic growth as well as focus of attention of the world. As a unique mode of management in Japan, the Japanese comprehensive trading company has also been developing in China for over 30 years. With the soaring growth of China's economy, how to carry out adjustment to the management strategy of the Japanese comprehensive trading company in China is the topic being studied in the thesis hereof. Based on the previous research results both home and abroad, this thesis applies relevant theories concerning strategic management, combines the development process and examples of the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China, and meanwhile, carries out analysis and study by means of large numbers of date provided by relevant Chinese and Japanese organizations, that is, the principle of linking theory with practice. The thesis hereof is composed of 5 parts. Firstly, it puts forward the study background and the problem that is to be addressed in this thesis. It also further sums up the approach of study and frame of this thesis and thus explains the significance of study of the thesis. Secondly, discussion is carried out on relevant theories concerning strategic management, including basic theories regarding strategic management, relevant method and theory of environmental analysis, basic theories regarding resources of enterprise as well as theories on nucleus capability. Theories concerning strategic options and implementation include differentiation strategy, diversification strategy, vertical integration strategy etc.. In the third part, discussion is carried out on the external management environment of comprehensive Japanese trading company in China, which includes analysis on macroscopical environment, analysis on industrial environment as well as market positioning. By analyzing the aforementioned content, we can clearly understand the external environment of the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China. And in the fourth part, internal environment of the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China is being discussed, which mainly includes the brief introduction to the comprehensive Japanese trading company as well as discussion on its function and competitive advantage etc. and thus further and detailed analysis is carried out on the resources and capability of the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China, along with the analysis on its nucleus capability. In the fifth part, discussion is carried out on the adjustment and implementation of the management strategy of the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China. Advantages, disadvantages of, as well as opportunities and challenges for the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China are summed up by means of the SWOT analytical method, which lays foundations for the analysis of the adjustment to the management strategy. It is believed in this thesis that the comprehensive Japanese trading company in China has been developing in a diversified and vertical integration way. It has also been actively carrying out the promotion of large projects, strategic restructuring and the strategy of talent localization. It can be seen from the spheres in which the comprehensive Japanese trading companies in China involve that it has been expanding its focus of strategy into spheres with distinct characteristics of the times such as basic power source, industries concerning resources, new energy industry, industries regarding environmental protection as well as consumer commodities of high and medium grade. Lastly, by discussing the adjustment to the management strategy of comprehensive Japanese trading company in China, this thesis further analyses the influences thereby upon the relevant industries of China, which also possesses realistic significance.
