中文摘要:随着中国经济的腾飞和快速发展,越来越多的高楼大厦拔地而起。据统计中国电梯大约以5~6万台/年的速度快速增长,而根据预测中国市场还远未达到饱和。这些市场需求为电梯业带来了众多的商机,但同时我们也应该看到随着电梯行业的不断壮大,电梯生产企业数量在急剧增多,企业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,电梯价格越来越低。在未来十来年中,谁可以研发出更低成本的电梯,谁将成为电梯市场的新宠儿。所以如何降低新型电梯的成本成为了现在各大电梯厂迫在眉睫的首要任务。 如今,奥的斯电梯公司作为世界第一的电梯公司对于中国市场也是雄心勃勃,不仅加大了研发团队的建设,更是要将中国泰达基地打造为世界领先的电梯生产基地。那么如何有效地控制成本,生产出品质一流,同时成本低廉的电梯成为公司近几年的首要任务。 本文主要结合项目成本控制的基本原则,运用全面成本管理的思想,基于奥的斯目前的项目管理流程,对新开发电梯的成本控制方案进行了研究。 全文分为七章。第一章是绪论,介绍了论文的背景、意义以及论文的内容和结构。第二章是相关理论回顾与评述,介绍了项目成本管理理论基础,重点阐述了关于项目全团队成本管理,项目组织结构,项目全风险成本管理和流程改进等相关理论。第三章是新电梯开发项目开发活动分析,首先对电梯开发项目进行了活动分解,接着分析研究了影响电梯开发项目成本的关键活动,最后列出一些基本对策,对后续研究进行了良好的铺垫。第四章是两大核心章节之一,在建立合作伙伴关系思想指导下,基于组织结构调整实现电梯开发项目成本控制。第五章是另一核心章节,主要分析了项目各个阶段的风险影响因素,通过对现有开发流程的改进实现电梯开发项目的成本控制。第六章将目前正在进行的奥的斯X住宅电梯开发项目的成本控制过程作为案例进行了论证研究。第七章也就是本文的结论是对本文成本控制方案的总结,并提出了不足之处。 
英文摘要:As the Chinese economic developed faster and uproar, a lot of high buildings and large mansions raise from ground. According to the current statistic, the elevator is still increasing as the 50~60 thousand in recent year. Furthermore, there is still a very large space of elevator market in China. Along with these requirements, a plenty of opportunities come in. At the same time the really true is the competition become more and more severity as the elevator industry development and increasing of companies’ numbers, and result in the cost will be lower and lower. It will be the winner who developed the most cost benefit elevator. Therefore it ascend to the first task that how to manage the cost of elevator. Now as the first place elevator company, Otis is ambitious to Chinese market. Not only strengthen the R&D team construction, but also plan to make Chinese TEDA factory become the best elevator manufacture base in world. To achieve this target, we must develop the best quality and lowest cost new elevator. This article mainly research on new elevator cost management, utilizing the total cost management theory, base on the general project management theory and current Otis project management method. The article has seven chapters in total. Chapter 1 is introduction, which introduces the background, significance, main content of the article and the document's framework. Chapter 2 is review and comments about relevant theory, introduce the theory of project total cost management, organize management and process management theory. Chapter 3 is the analysis of the elevator development activities. Firstly break down the elevator development project into activities. Then analyze the critical cost related activities. Finally list some strategy for continued research. Chapter 4 is one of the core chapters, research on the how to build friendship relationship between project team and other functional departments, and on the optimization of organization of these teams. Chapter 5 is another core chapter; embark on the project development process to realize how to set the control point, how to improve the current process to shoot cost target, how to manage the cost the new elevator in the last. Chapter 6 will introduce the Otis Premier cost management case. Chapter 7 is the last chapter will sum up the cost management method of the article and point out the defect and future research direction.
