| 中文摘要: | 近年来,随着电网的迅速发展,输变电设备的数量急剧增加。按照周期检修的原则,检修试验工作随设备数量成比例增长,导致检修、试验人员紧缺,人员与设备的矛盾日益突出。状态检修是解决这一矛盾的最佳方式。状态检修的决策依据是设备状态评价结果,设备状态评价依赖于信息收集。设备状态评价工作存在数据量大、分析判据丰富、涉及专业面广的特点。天津市电力公司(以下简称公司)于2008年开展了状态检修工作的尝试,急需开发一套计算机软件辅助分析决策系统,对设备进行自动评估,以减轻基层人员评估工作量,并达到及时、准确、标准评估的要求。 本文主要研究的是公司的状态检修辅助分析决策系统开发项目在设计与计划阶段的主要工作。回顾了项目设计与计划的基本理论,介绍了状态检修的基础知识。介绍了天津市电力公司的基本情况,对公司的状态检修辅助决策系统开发项目的独特性进行了充分分析。在此基础之上,运用项目管理的理论和方法,研究输变电设备状态检修辅助决策系统开发项目在设计与计划方面的实践,分析存在的问题,比对项目管理的理论,科学地改进其方法,探索适合此类项目的设计与计划方式。主要采取了项目管理、文献与实际比对研究、经验总结的方法,对这一项目的生命周期、项目设计、项目组织计划、项目资源计划、项目进度计划、包括培训及沟通在内的专项计划进行了分析,并对服务外包进行了探讨;最后得出了研究结论和贡献,并讨论了不足,进行了展望。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In recent years, with the rapid development of the network, the number of power transmission and transformation equipment has increased dramatically. According to the principle of periodic maintenance, repair test working in proportion with equipment quantity growth, lead to overhaul, test staff shortages, personnel and equipment are increasing contradictions between the outstanding. The condition based maintenance is solve this contradiction is the best way. The condition based maintenance of decision-making basis is equipment state evaluation result, equipment state evaluation reliance on information collection. Existing equipment state evaluation of large amount of data, analyze criterion specialty wide rich, involving the characteristics. Tianjin Electricity Power Corporation (hereinafter referred to as The Corporation) conducted state in 2008, be badly in need of repair work trying to develop a set of computer software aided analysis of devices for decision-making system, automatic evaluation, in order to reduce grassroots researchers evaluated the workload, timely, accurate, and reached the standard assessment requirements. This paper mainly studies is the condition based maintenance of The Corporation auxiliary analysis and decision system development projects in design and planning phase, reviews the main work of the project design and plan the basic theory, this paper introduces the basic knowledge of condition-based maintenance. Using the theory and method of project management, the power transmission and transformation equipment condition based maintenance aided decision-making system development project in design and plan, analyzed the problems existing in the practice of project management theory, comparison, scientific improve its method for such projects, and explore the design and plan way. Mainly adopted project management, documents and practical research and experience than the method of the project life cycle, project design, project organization plan and project resources planning, project schedule, including training and communication, the special plan was analyzed, and the service outsourcing is discussed; It is concluded that research conclusion and contribution, and discussed the shortage, was discussed. | |
