中文摘要：	摘 要 大型燃煤发电工程施工项目的质量对于燃煤发电机组长周期稳定运行影响非常大，事关整个建设项目长期效益，提高大型燃煤发电工程质量日渐成为投资方关注的焦点。同时能不能有效提高质量正成为电力建设施工企业被投资方选择的一大依据，成为电力建设施工企业生存的根本，所以施工方也越来越关注质量。在这样的背景下，本文对大型燃煤发电工程施工项目的质量管理进行研究。 本文通过利用项目质量管理的先进理论和大型燃煤发电工程施工项目相结合，建立一套能够有效进行大型燃煤发电工程施工项目质量管理的方法，解决当前大型燃煤发电工程施工项目质量管理的问题，保证和提高大型燃煤发电工程施工项目的质量。 本文首先简要介绍了质量、质量管理、项目质量、项目质量管理、全面质量管理和质量管理体系的主要理论；接着论述了大型燃煤发电工程施工项目的独特性，阐明了当前大型燃煤发电工程施工项目质量管理的现状，探讨了存在的主要问题并进行了原因分析。然后针对大型燃煤发电工程施工项目质量管理的特点和现状，利用全面质量管理、质量管理体系和项目质量管理的理论，重点研究了从项目质量策划、项目质量保证、项目质量控制到项目质量改进的一系列质量管理要素，论证建立一套能够确保大型燃煤发电工程质量的项目质量管理方法。最后，通过大唐张家口热电工程施工项目质量管理的实例，把项目质量管理的理论、方法和大型燃煤发电工程施工项目质量管理进行结合，更好的提高项目质量管理水平，保证项目质量达到要求。 关键词：大型燃煤发电工程 施工项目 质量管理
英文摘要：	Abstract The construction quality of the large coal-fired power generation construction projects,which hugely impacts the long cycle stable operation of the coal-fired power unit, relates to the long-term benefits of the entire construction projects. Improving the project quality of large coal-fired power generation construction project has increasingly become the focus of attention of the investor. At the same time, whether a power construction enterprise can effectively improve the construction quality or not, is becoming an important factor in choosing cooperators for investors, and the decisive factor to the survival of the construction enterprise, therefore, the constructor pay more and more attention to the construction quality. Under this background, this thesis tries to research into the large coal-fired power generation construction project quality management. This thesis applies advanced theory of project quality management to specific large coal-fired power generation construction project, aiming at establishing a set of effective methods to the large coal-fired power generation construction project quality management, which will solve current problems in the large coal-fired power generation construction project quality management, and ensure and improve the construction quality of the large coal-fired power generation construction projects. At first, this thesis briefly introduces the stages of development of quality management, the major theories of the Total Quality Management, Quality Management System and Project Quality Management; and then discusses the uniqueness of the large coal-fired power generation project, illustrating the status quo both at home and abroad of the Large coal-fired power generation construction project quality management, and the main existing problems and analyses the reasons. Then targeting at its characteristics and present situation and with the theories of the Total Quality Management, Quality Management System and Project Quality Management, the thesis studies emphatically on four quality management elements, the project quality planning, project quality assurance, project quality control and project quality improvement, in order to establishing a project quality management mode, which can ensure construction quality of a large coal-fired power generation project. At last, with an example of ZhangJiakou thermoelectric engineering quality management, applying the Project Quality Management theories and methods to the specific large coal-fired power generation project, to better improve the project quality management, assuring the project construction quality to meet the requirements.
