中文摘要:作为一个制造型企业,要想在竞争日益激烈的大潮中求得发展,关键是要有一支良好的人才队伍。许多研究者只重视企业的高管、研发等人员,认为这些人对企业来说是稀缺的员工,才是真正的人才。所以对他们的研究不计其数,激励方面的研究更是如此。而对生产线员工却不够重视,对他们的激励研究也相对较少。许多人认为生产线员工不是人才,没有激励与研究的必要,因为在人力资源上,生产线员工供大于求,企业不愁招不到操作人员。对生产效益的提高主要建立在IE(工业工程)和Lean(精益生产)方面的研究与应用。然而生产线是企业的基础部门,生产线员工是企业经济效益的创造者,他们的整体水平直接决定企业的效益。缺乏有效的激励和管理,会使其工作的积极性下降,生产效率难以提高,质量难以保证。而且生产线员工虽然不是稀有人才,但其基数很大,对其正确的研究尽其所才会为企业节约成本,创造巨大的收益,所以不可忽视。论文从生产线员工入手,以“人人皆人才”的理念分析生产线员工的特点引用相关的激励手段,证明其能更好的发挥生产线员工的能力。论文主要从理论和实际操作两个方面进行论证和分析,理论方面引用传统的激励理论,并针对生产线员工的特点对其分析说明;在实际操作方面以SD电子为例,详细阐述对生产线员工的激励运作和激励对生产的帮助。论文以激励理论为依据,同时融合了组织行为学,心理学,IE等方面的知识和理论,通过大量的实战案例证明对生产线员工的激励研究对生产线的帮助,目的在于证明对生产线员工激励的作用和重要,希望对我国的制造型企业有所借鉴。 
英文摘要:As a manufacturing enterprise, having a good talented team is the key to develop in the much more furious competing tide. The manager and high grade Research&Development employees, which are so much less than the employees in the workshop, is the key sector to research lots of times in the past, especially in the motivation research.So the motivation research to the employees in the workshop is so seldom than the prior, because many think the operators in the workshop is not the talented. The reason is of abundant supplying in the society. The enterprises don't worry about it. The main research to improve production's profit is put on the “IE ”and “Lean”.However, the workshop is the fundamental sector. The operators in it are the creator of the profit. The level of the total is crucial of the enterprise's profit. The lack of the effectively inspirit and management will let down their enthusiasm, so the productivity is hard to improve, the quality is hard to guarantee. But they don't take it in thought that the operators in the workshop have a high sector in the enterprise, the correct research to them can make them do their best to save the cost and make the huge profit, so it can not be neglected.This thesis discussing from the employees in the workshop, taking as everyone is the talent, analyzing their characteristics, quoting corresponding motivational methods, proves it can improve the employees' ability in the workshop.It discusses and analyzes from two sectors. One is theory, the other practice. In the sector of theory, it quotes the traditional motivation theory and according as the characteristic of the employees in the workshop to analyze and explain. In the sector of practice, the paper taking the SD electronics as an example to expatiates the operation of the motivation and the effect on production in detail.This thesis takes the theory as the base, takes the knowledge and theory into account. At the same time, it proves that with the help of the motivation to employees in workshop. It can improve the productivity by many practical cases. The aim of this paper is to prove the effect and importance to motivated operators in the workshop, and to bring some experiences to the manufacture enterprises.
