中文摘要：	“百年大计，质量第一”对建立和发展社会主义市场经济和扩大对外开放发挥了重要作用。从发展战略的高度来认识质量问题，质量己关系到国家的命运、民族的未来，质量管理的水平己关系到行业的兴衰、企业的命运。任何项目都是一件事情、一项独一无二的任务。项目质量是项目的三大目标（质量、进度、费用）之一，也是判断项目成功与否的关键因素之一，项目质量管理是项目管理知识体系中重要的一环。 本文研究的主要内容：在连锁店装修这一特定领域研究项目质量控制，有针对性地进行分析，确定质量目标，在项目质量控制中针对其特点制定相应的行之有效的管理方法和措施。 本文研究的方法：依据项目质量管理理论和ISO9000族质量标准，以单个连锁店装修工程项目为基础，站在企业整体战略的角度研究连锁店装修工程的项目质量控制，用全面质量管理方法来对连锁店装修工程项目进行过程质量控制。 本文的主要结论：文章通过项目实践，详细分析连锁店项目及其装修项目的特点，准确识别连锁店装修项目的质量影响因素，制定合理有效的连锁店装修项目质量控制流程和组织结构，并利用有效的现代化技术，实现企业对连锁店装修项目质量的控制。 今后研究方向：在今后的项目质量控制过程中加强连锁店装修项目质量控制过程中主动控制的比例。在实现对连锁店装修项目有效质量控制的基础上，将研究扩展到针对连锁店项目的全面质量管理更系统地完善连锁店装修项目整体质量管理过程。逐渐转变施工企业传统的被动接受并执行的角色，向项目管理解决方案提出者的方向发展，提升企业项目主动控制能力。实现企业从产品制造到服务提供的转变，通过加强服务意识建立起企业差异化的核心质量竞争优势。
英文摘要：	“Quality first” to establish and develop socialist market economy and opening wider to the outside world has played an important role. From the development strategic height to know quality problem, quality has relation to the fate of the country, national future and quality management level has related to decline, enterprise industry fate. Any projects are one thing, a unique mission. Project quality is the three goals (project quality, progress and cost), and also one of judging the key success factors of project, the project quality management is one of the important project management knowledge system of a ring. This paper studies the main contents of decorate this chain: domain specific research project quality control and targeted analysis, identify quality objectives, in project in the quality control in view of its characteristic formulate corresponding effective management methods and measures. This paper studies the method: according to project quality management theory and ISO9000 quality standard, single family decorate project-based chain, standing on the enterprise overall strategy from the perspective of chain decoration engineering project quality control, with total quality management methods to decorate a project to chain process quality control. The main conclusions: this article through the project practice, detailed analysis of chain project and the characteristics of decorate projects, accurately identify chain project quality factors decorate, make effective and reasonable decorate project quality control process chain stores and organization structure, and use of effective modern technology, realizing enterprise to decorate project quality control of the chain. The future research direction: Strengthening quality control process active control proportion. Decorate in the realization of the project of chain based on the effective quality control, will study for chain project expands to more system of total quality management to improve the whole project quality management decorate chain process. Gradual transformation of construction enterprise traditional passive acceptance and execute roles, project management solutions to the participant, promote enterprise development project active control ability. Realize enterprise from product manufacturing to service provided by strengthening the consciousness of service transformation, establish enterprise core competitive advantage in the diversity of the quality.
