中文摘要：	在信息技术快速发展的社会环境下，图书馆的服务也正发生变化。随着信息技术的发展尤其是3G网络技术的发展，手机的普及，智能手机的发展，手机图书馆（又称移动图书馆）引起了业界的广泛关注。目前我国的国家图书馆、清华大学图书馆等很多高校馆和公共馆已经开发建设了手机图书馆。 本文首先通过文献调研，明确了国内外手机图书馆研究现状，结合我国的实际和图书馆的现状及发展的需求，论证了手机图书馆建设的必要性和可行性。然后通过对我国目前已开展的手机图书馆服务的归纳汇总，明晰目前我国手机图书馆开展功能的情况。接着通过问卷调查了解清华大学用户对手机图书馆的使用情况和功能需求，包括：手机图书馆的宣传途径及使用情况调查、短信服务使用情况调查、网站使用情况调查及其他功能需求调查。结合专家访谈，本文在调查分析的基础上归纳总结出手机图书馆的核心功能需求和非核心功能需求。其中核心功能需求包括：个人信息模块，资源模块，活动服务模块，图书馆使用模块，参考咨询模块五部分。在此基础上，作者最后提出了手机图书馆的担任的角色，手机图书馆应作为数字图书馆功能的拓展，并且要根据自己特点发挥特色功能。手机图书馆功能开发的原则，要以人为本，重视资源的整合，加大共建共享。作者提出手机图书馆功能开发的建议，要扩大宣传力度，降低费用，寻求新的合作模式等。
英文摘要：	With rapid development of information technology in the social environment, library services are also changing. With the development of information technology, especially 3G network development, the popularity of mobile phones, smart phone development, mobile libraries caused widespread concern in the industry. At present many university libraries and public libraries, such as China's National Library, Shanghai Library，Tsinghua University Library, Peking University Library，have been the development and construction of mobile library. Through literature research, this dissertation defined the status of domestic and international mobile library research. Combined with China's actual situation and development of the library, it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the mobile library construction. Then the dissertation summaries the service carried out by our current mobile library, to make us know the current functions of mobile library clearly. And then， through a questionnaire survey of mobile phone users in Tsinghua University Library , combined with interviews with experts ,this dissertation leads us to know the use and understand the functional requirements. The survey includes publicity channels and use surveys, SMS use surveys, site surveys and other functional requirements of mobile library in Tsinghua University. Based on the analysis in the investigation, this dissertation summarizes the core functional requirements and non-core functional requirements of the mobile library. The core functional requirements include five parts as personal information modules, resource modules, the module of activities service, the module of library use, reference module. On this basis, the author concludes that mobile library should play as the development role of digital library and play their special role according to their characteristic features. The principle of the development of mobile library functions should be people-oriented, attention to the integration of resources, increased sharing. The author suggests the library should expand the advocacy efforts, reduce costs and seek new cooperative mode in order to develop mobile library.
