中文摘要:人际网络是人与人之间进行信息交流和资源利用的关系网,是企业获取竞争情报重要的来源和工具,是企业竞争的重要战略资源。而竞争情报活动是嵌入在人际网络中的,所以人际网络的结构形态、关键资源等会影响到竞争情报活动的成败。因此,研究和开发利用竞争情报人际网络对企业的竞争情报工作的开展和我国情报学的发展都有着重要的理论和实践意义。 本研究通过相关研究回顾,发现人们对竞争情报中人际网络的研究多数基于节点-联系模型,本文从计算机数据库中关系模型的角度出发,提出人际网络的节点-关系模型,以期望能够利用关系数据库的一些性质,计算出潜在的人际网络,并找出人际网络服务于竞争情报的最佳路径。 本研究共分六章,全文框架和主要内容如下: 第一章绪论。在分析竞争情报人际网络关系模型的研究背景、研究目的与意义的基础上,确定了研究主题与研究目标,提出了研究框架,并选择了研究方法。 第二章国内外研究现状述评。本章首先对竞争情报理论和人际网络理论的发展及核心观点进行了简单的介绍,为竞争情报人际网络的引出做了铺垫;然后重点对国内外竞争情报人际网络的相关研究成果进行梳理并述评。 第三章竞争情报人际网络关系模型的构建。首先,对竞争情报人际网络现有模型进行了分析,指出了现有模型中存有的问题;其次,对竞争情报人际网络的构成因素进行探讨,为竞争情报人际网络关系模型的构建划定了框架;然后,构建了竞争情报人际网络关系模型的根基——关系库,为竞争情报人际网络关系模型的构建奠定了基础;最后构建了竞争情报人际网络的关系模型。 第四章竞争情报人际网络关系模型的应用。本章从竞争情报关系模型的影响因素、应用步骤和实施保障三个方面分析了关系模型的应用。 第五章竞争情报人际网络关系模型案例研究。本章通过案例分析,介绍了竞争情报关系模型在企业中的应用。 第六章结论。总结本研究的研究成果和主要贡献,并讨论了研究局限,提出了未来的研究方向。 
英文摘要:Social network is a network for interpersonal information exchange and resource utilization.It is an important source and tools for enterprise to gain competitive intelligence and an important strategic resources of enterprise competition. Competitive intelligence is embedded in the social network, so the social network structure form and key resources can affect the competitive intelligence activities. The related competitive intelligence social network researches most based on node-contact model,but from the view of computer database relation model,this thesis puts forward the node-relation model in social network, look forward to using some properties of relational database to calculate the potential social network, and identify the best path that social network services in competitive intelligence. The thesis can be divided into six parts as follows: The chapter one introduces the background, purpose and significance of the thesis, and definite the theme, objective, framework and methods of the research. The chapter two introduces the development and core-views of competitive intelligence theory and social network theory for competitive intelligence social network derivations,and then reviews the domestic and foreign relative research results about competitive intelligence and social network. The chapter three is about the construction of competitive intelligence social network relation model.Firstly,it analyzes the existing model of competitive intelligence social network,and points out the existing problem.Secondly,it researches on the components of competitive intelligence social network, and builds a framework of competitive intelligence social network relation model.Then it builds a foundation of competitive intelligence social network relation model-relational databases,laid the foundation for the construction of competitive intelligence social network relation model.Finally,it is the construction of competitive intelligence social network relation model. The chapter four is about the application of competitive intelligence social network relation model from influce factor ,operational procedures and safeguards. The chapter five is case study of competitive intelligence social network relation model, introduce the application of competitive intelligence social network relation model in enterprise through case study. The chapter six is the conclusion.It summaries the conclusions of the research, discusses the limitations, and propose further research directions.
