中文摘要:世界的动态、复杂、多变决定了当前全球企业战略决策处于一种不可预测、复杂与飞速变化的环境中。此时,企业战略工作迫切需要竞争情报活动的支持与辅助,然而传统的竞争情报工具与方法囿于对环境与竞争对手分析的程式化、静态化而无法满足企业战略决策需要。一方面,战略制定者需要能够处理种种变化并综合考虑制定企业战略,摆脱静态方式制定战略的弊端。另一方面,传统竞争情报分析工具纷纷失效,无力承担动态竞争情报分析的重任。主客观的因素导致竞争情报工作模式亟待于改革与创新。 企业竞争情报宗源之一是军事情报,源自军事领域的作战模拟是高效的战略管理与情报分析工具,将其合理地借鉴与移植到企业竞争中,演变成竞争情报战争游戏,相应地成为解决当前面临困境的思路。本文立足于当前企业的竞争环境与竞争态势,从企业战略管理对动态情报分析的实际需要出发,借鉴军事领域作战模拟的思路与方法,以竞争情报战争游戏作为当前企业竞争情报工作的动态分析工具,深入并整合研究其设计与实施问题,作为对竞争情报活动静态模式的革新,以期为企业利用竞争情报辅助战略决策提供一种可操作的范式,提升竞争情报对于企业的价值。 本文采用文献调查法、问卷调查法、案例分析法、因子分析法等方法展开研究,全文共分七章。各章具体内容如下: 第一章为绪论,主要阐述研究背景、研究目的与意义、研究思路与技术路线、研究内容与论文结构、研究方法与创新点。 第二章为相关理论回顾与述评,分别从企业战略理论、竞争情报理论、战争游戏理论等方面对已有的研究成果进行回顾与述评,在总结现有理论基础上发现问题,为全文奠定理论与方法基础。 第三章运用问卷调查,通过对数据的统计,分析我国企业所处的竞争环境特征、企业战略管理现状,企业对竞争情报战争游戏的认知与需求,考察企业开展竞争情报战争游戏的组织基础、硬件基础与软件基础。 第四章搜集中外企业竞争情报战争游戏典型案例,对各自的设计与实施活动进行评介和深入剖析,对两国的案例进行比较,进而分析提炼其对设计与实施研究的启示,为提出设计与实施的理论范式奠定实践基础。 第五章遵循战争游戏设计原则,结合其功能分析与构面特征分析,构建面向企业战略的竞争情报战争游戏设计框架,并深入其主要要素进行详细设计。结合能力素质模型,探讨竞争情报战争游戏设计人员需要具备的能力素质。 第六章在企业战略与竞争情报工作的匹配基础上,构建战争游戏的实施模型。提出PSA结构化实施流程,进而探讨实施过程中可用的竞争情报技术与方法以及实施运行机制。利用因子分析法,定量地提取竞争情报战争游戏实施的关键成功要素。 第七章为研究结论与展望,对全文进行了总结,归纳了主要研究结论,分析了本研究的局限性,并进行了研究展望,提出后续研究方向。 本文的创新点如下: (1)提出了面向企业战略的竞争情报战争游戏设计模型 在充分理解军事战争游戏本质和功能的基础上,对企业竞争情报战争游戏的功能与特性进行深入分析,提出了面向企业战略的竞争情报战争游戏设计的理论模型。该模型提供了一个通用的竞争情报战争游戏设计的基本结构,涵盖游戏原型设计、设计环节与设计流程,为企业理解和设计提供了一个可操作化的框架。帮助企业最大限度地提高竞争情报工作的效率与效益,最终实现服务企业战略决策的目标。依据该理论模型,深入战争游戏的主要构成要素进行详细设计,包括规则、团队、文档等设计问题,提出构成要素的设计范式。 (2)构建了战争游戏实施的理论框架 现代企业处在动态复杂的社会环境中,战争游戏立足于竞争情报工具的本质,以服务企业战略规划制定、战略决策为最终目标,通过战争游戏的实施,充分发挥了竞争情报在企业战略中的作用机制。本研究在此基础上提出了竞争情报战争游戏的实施模型与PSA结构化实施流程。 (3)提取了竞争情报战争游戏实施的关键成功因素 利用问卷调查法,结合因子分析方法,定量地提取了竞争情报战争游戏实施的关键成功因素,分别是驱动因素、人员技术因素、流程设计因素、保障因素与文化因素,这五类影响因素直接关系到竞争情报战争游戏的成败。 
英文摘要:The world is dynamic, complex and changeable and it determines the current global enterprise strategic decision in an unpredictable, complex and rapidly changing environment. At this time, the enterprise strategic work urgently needs the support of competitive intelligence. While the traditional tools and means of competitive intelligence can’t meet the needs of enterprise strategic decisions for the reasons of stylization and static in analyzing the environment and competitor of the competition. On the one hand, the strategic decision maker should tackle all kinds of changes and consider the enterprise strategies in a comprehensive way. On the other hand, the traditional tools of competitive intelligence lose efficiency. They can’t undertake the burden of dynamic competitive analysis. Led by the subjective and objective factors, the mode of competitive intelligence work should be reformed and innovated as soon as possible. Military intelligence comes from competitive intelligence. Military wargaming springing from military field is an effective tool in strategic management and intelligence analysis. By using and transplanting into enterprise competition in a reasonable means, it evolves into competitive intelligence wargaming which is a new thought of clearing the dilemma. Based on the current enterprise competitive environment and competitive situation, this dissertation begins from the real needs of dynamic competitive analysis of enterprise strategic management. It also transplants the thoughts and means of military wargaming and takes the competitive intelligence wargaming as a tool of dynamic analysis tool for current enterprise competitive intelligence. The integration of design and implementation are discussed thoroughly. It aims at innovate static mode of competitive intelligence work in order to bring the enterprises an operational paradigm in making strategic decisions and add the value of competitive intelligence. Several research methods are involved in the dissertation, such as literature survey, transplantation, questionnaire survey, case study and factor analysis etc. The dissertation is divided into 7 chapters. Each chapter is as follows: Chapter one is introduction. The research background, goal and significance, train of thought, technical route, main content and structure, methods and innovations are introduced. Chapter two is retrospect and review of related theories which are enterprise strategy, competitive intelligence and military wargaming etc. The current research achievements are reviewed. Furthermore, it finds the problems that are still blank by concluding these theories and bases the foundation of theory and method for the whole study. Chapter three analyses the characteristics of competitive environment and current situation of strategic management of Chinese enterprises by using statistical analysis through questionnaire survey. The cognitions and requirements of competitive intelligence are colleted. Furthermore, the structure basis, the hardware basis and software basis are investigated. Chapter four collects the intelligence wargaming traditional cases of foreign country and China. The introduction and analysis on how to design and implementation are discussed. The comparions between the two cases ard made. Furthermore, the inspirations are put forward. So the case study becomes the practical basis of the paradigms. Chapter five constructs the design framework of competitive intelligence wargaming following the wargaming design principles combing with the functional analysis and dimensional characteristics. The detailed designs of main elements are discussed thoroughly. The competences which the wargming designers should have are probed by the competency model. Chapter six constructs the implementation model based on the linking of enterprise strategy and competitive intelligence. The PSA implementation process is brought out. The competitive intelligence technologies and methods can be used in the implementation process and mechanisms of implementation are discussed. By using factor analysis, key success factors of competitive intelligence wargaming implementation are extracted quantitatively. Chapter seven is the research conclusion and prospective. It concludes the whole dissertation and conducts the main research conclusions. The boundedness of the research is analyzed. Finally, it prospects the future research trends. The innovation points are as follows: (1)Proposes the design model of competitive intelligence wargaming in enterprise strategy oriented. The dissertation proposes the design model of competitive intelligence wargaming in enterprise strategy oriented on the basis of mastering the functions and essences of military wargaming and analyzing the functions and characteristics of competitive intelligence wargaming. The model brings a normal basic structure of the design for wargaming including concept prototype design, design points and design process. It brings out an operational framework to better understand and design for the enterprise. It helps the enterprise promote the efficiency and effectiveness of competitive intelligence and achieve the goals of strategic decision. According to the theoretical model, it discusses main elements for the detailed design, including rules, teams, documentations etc. The dissertation puts forward design paradigm for the component elements. (2)Constructs the theoretical framework of wargaming implementation. With modern enterprise in dynamic and complex social environment, the wargaming based on competitive intelligence tools, the essence to service enterprise strategic planning formulation, the strategic decision for the ultimate goal. Through the implementation of the wargaming, the role mechanisms of competitive intelligence in enterprise strategy are fully achieved. Furthermore, the dissertation proposes the implementation model and PSA process of competitive intelligence war game. (3)Extracts the key success factors of competitive intelligence wargaming implementation. The key success factors of competitive intelligence wargaming implementation are extracted by using questionnaire survey combing with statistical factor analysis. These factors conclude the driving factors, personnel technological factors, process design factors, guarantee factors and cultural factors which are directly related to the success or failure of the competitive intelligence war game.
