| 中文摘要: | 随着现今生活水平的不断提高,旅游己经成为人们放松心情、享受自然的一种主要方式。在旅游过程中,景区提供适宜、灵活的解说工具,有助于提高游客对旅游对象物的“解读”程度,也有助于提高游客对景区的满意程度。因此,加强旅游景区解说系统的设计,提高解说水平,就成为旅游景点景区管理的重要任务之一。许多专家和学者都对解说系统进行了深入的研究,但是他们对于解说系统的研究大多是从专家角度系统设计出发,本论文则是从游客感知价值的角度出发对景区解说系统进行研究。 本文在解说系统和顾客感知价值相关理论的研究基础上,建立了具有一定理论意义的解说系统游客感知价值分析模型,将其作为本文研究的主要基础,随后针对五大道景区游客分别进行了解说系统感知价值的背景分析、测量分析以及识别分析。其中,背景分析主要是针对五大道景区的发展现状及景区解说系统的现状和问题研究,从定性的角度分析了五大道景区解说系统的现状;测量与识别分析则共同构成了对景区解说系统的定量分析,测量分析主要研究包括心理学特征、游客行为特征等的游客基本特征以及游客感知价值因素,在这个过程中还利用SPSS统计软件进行了相关分析、因子分析萃取出5大主关键因子,为后续研究做准备;识别分析则主要通过IPA二维比较法分析游客对解说系统的感知价值因素重要性和实况性的差距情况,对各要素进行定位,进而识别出有待改进的感知价值因素:解说系统成本价值、解说系统产品价值。 论文在此基础上最后还通过现状诊断和原因分析,提出了完善景区解说系统的的一些基本思路,同时本文的研究也为一些如五大道景区一样的观光型景区的解说系统的完善提供了一定的借鉴。 | |
| 英文摘要: | As people’s living standards improve gradually, the tourism has already became the main form to relax and enjoy nature for people. In the course of travel, providing appropriate and flexible scenic commentary can help improve tourists level of "reading" tourism object and satisfaction of scenic spot. Therefore, strengthening the design of the scenic interpretation system and improving commentator level become one of the important tasks of scenic spot in tourist scenic spot management .Many experts and scholars studied interpretation system , but they mostly viewed from experts. Scenic interpretation system is studied from the angle of tourists perceived value in this paper. Based on the interpretation system ,guests' perceived value and related theory of research, a certain theoretical meaning interpretation system tourists value analysis model is established in this paper which is considered as the main basis .Then the paper respectively does perceived value background analysis, measurement analysis and identification analysis for Five Road tourists. Among them, the background analysis is mainly aimed at the situation of Five Road developing situation and interpretation system at present including the problems of the interpretation system from the qualitative angle. Measurement and identifying analysis is of jointly composed the quantitative analysis of interpretation system. Measurement analysis research in basic features including psychological characteristics and visitors behavior characteristics and visitors perceived value factors. In this process the paper extracts five big main key factors by SPSS statistical software with related analysis and factor analysis, preparing for follow-up study. Identifying analysis analyzes the gas between the importance and status mainly through comparative analysis of IPA two-dimensional interpretation and then identifies the factors of perceptive value. At last, the paper identifies the factor of the perceived value needs to be improved: commentator system cost value and commentater system product value. On this basis, in the final the paper puts forward some basic ideas on how to perfect scenic spot of interpretation system through status diagnosis and reason analysis at present situation, at the same time, this research also provides references on perfecting interpretation system for some tourist scenic spot like Five Road spot. | |
