| 中文摘要： | 全球经济一体化和电子商务的发展，企业所处的竞争环境发生了根本性的变化，企业之间的竞争已经转变为供应链与供应链之间的竞争。而供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI）模式则能优化供应链上的库存管理，降低整个供应链上的库存水平，提升整个供应链的反映速度，实现上下游企业的共赢。因此，对这一问题的研究已经成为企业界和学术界关注的重点。 供应商管理库存，不仅可以降低供应链的库存水平，而且可使用户获得更高水平的服务，改进资金流，与供应商共享需求变化的透明性和获得更好的用户信任。本文选择M公司，全球著名制造企业在华子公司实际VMI项目的实施为研究对象，对供应商管理库存的理论与实践进行了系统研究。 | |
| 英文摘要： | With the economy globalization and e-business development, there is a fundamental change to the competition environment for enterprises. The competition between enterprises is replaced by the competition between supply chain. Vendor Management Inventory(VMI) can utilize the inventory management in the supply chain by reducing the inventory level for the whole supply chain to improve the response speed for the whole chain and achieve the mutual win for the upper end and lower end.. Consequently, industry field and academe focus on its study. Vendor Management Inventory can not only reduce the inventory level in the whole supply chain, also can provide better service to customer, improve cash flow, share the transparent demand change with supplier and gain the better trust from customer. This paper choose the implementation of Vendor Management Inventory the company M in China, which is one of well known global manufacture, systematically study the theory and actual implementation. | |
