中文摘要:在建设社会主义和谐社会和构建覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系的今天,图书馆作为传播先进文化的重要阵地,其地位和作用显得越来越为重要。然而不容乐观的是图书馆职业并没有与图书馆事业协调发展,反而面临着严峻的职业危机。这种危机的重要表现之一就是图书馆学专业学生纷纷弃图书馆而去,选择其他行业就职。图书馆学专业学生改投他行既是图书馆学专业教育的缺憾,更造成了图书馆事业发展人员动力不足。产生这种现象的原因是多方面的,其中一个重要的原因就是图书馆学专业学生对图书馆职业的低评价,而这种低评价在很大程度上根源于图书馆学专业学生对图书馆员的消极刻板印象。 本研究运用社会调查的方式对我国图书馆学专业学生进行了抽样调查并对收集回来的调查问卷进行统计,从人口学特征的角度,通过独立样本T检验和方差分析方法进行分析,描述出图书馆学专业学生对图馆职员及图书馆职业的综合评价,分析出不同特征因素对图书馆学专业学生对图书馆员的印象的影响,判定图书馆学专业学生是否存在图书馆员刻板印象,并进一步分析了形成这种刻板印象的主观原因,并尝试着提出了改变这种负面印象的建议,以期对我国图书馆学教育的改变和图书馆事业的持续发展提供有益的借鉴和参考。  
英文摘要:The position and role of the library appears more and more important and it plays a significant role in spreading the advanced culture while constructing the socialist harmonious society and constructing the whole social system of public cultural services. However it is not optimistic that the library profession has not developed coordinated with the library services and even faced with severe career crisis. One of the important performances of the crisis is the phenomenon that students of library science abandon the library, and become a member of other industries. This is the imperfections of library science education and will also lead to the lack of human resources. There are many reasons for this phenomenon and one of the important reasons is that the students of library science have low professional evaluation. The low professional evaluation largely rooted in the negative stereotypes on librarian from the students of library science. This research takes the social investigation method to statistics and analysis the questionnaires collected back from the students of library science of the nationwide randomly and describes out of the comprehensive evaluation about librarian of students of library science by means of independent sample t-test and variance analysis, determines whether there’s librarian stereotype of students of library science and then analyses the subjective reason and objective reasons of the stereotype, puts forward the countermeasures to eliminate the stereotype, and expects to provide reference for the change of library science education of our country and the sustainable development of the library services.
