| 中文摘要: | 进入21世纪,随着全球经济一体化和信息化的推进下,企业之间的竞争由过去的静态竞争转变为现在的动态竞争,越来越多的企业已经意识到商业情报的重要性。随着竞争情报活动的日益活跃,竞争情报手段逐渐多样化,竞争情报工作成果为企业带来的收益也越来越显著。同时,许多企业也逐渐意识到自身信息安全所面临的威胁与挑战,开始针对竞争对手的竞争情报活动采取防护措施和反击,即企业反竞争情报活动。那么,如何构建能具有满足企业的信息安全需求和高效运作的反竞争情报体系,值得我们思考。 本研究正是在此背景下,采用文献调研和问卷调查等方法对动态竞争环境下企业反竞争情报问题进行分析研究。全文分为六章,主要的写作思路如下:首先,论文使用文献调研的研究方法,总结出动态竞争环境与传统环境的异同;通过对文献的比较分析,对国内外反竞争情报的研究成果做深入调查,对已有的相关概念界定和主要研究结论做出归纳和梳理。其次,本文第三章采取问卷调查法,调查了解国内公司在企业反竞争情报方面的现状,并根据调查结果分析当前企业反竞争情报工作中存在的问题以及成因。在文献调研和调查问卷的基础上,第四章尝试构建动态竞争环境下企业反竞争情报体系。第五章中着重提出企业反竞争情报培训体系,详细论述了企业反竞争情报培训体系建立过程、实施培训的流程、培训的形式和方法等。 本文创新点主要体现在以下两个方面:第一,提出动态竞争环境下反竞争情报体系,包括预防、控制和完善三个环节,使企业反竞争情报工作不仅适应企业管理的需求,更能促进企业管理优化,充分发挥反竞争情报在企业中的作用。第二,构建企业反竞争情报意识培训体系,本研究通过理论分析和实证研究,确立了企业反竞争情报工作培训在企业运营和管理过程中应扮演重要辅助者的角色,这样的培训有效激励和督促各层次员工,从根本上保障企业信息安全和正常经营发展,为企业赢得时间和竞争优势。 | |
| 英文摘要: | In the 21st century, with the global economic integration and the promotion of information technology, the competition among enterprises have brought profound changes,from the static competition in the past into dynamic competition now. More and more enterprises have realized the importance of commercial intelligence. With the increasingly active intelligence activities, the gradual diversification of means of competitive intelligence, benefits of the competitive intelligence work for the company are more and more significant. At the same time, many companies have realized that there are lots of threats and challenges in their information security and take protective measures and intelligence activities for competitors’ competitive information activities, which are enterprise's counterintelligence activities. But,how to do it well? Document survey and questionnaire were used in this study .The subject was speared out by 6 parts. Firstly, based on the literature research method, differences and the similarities between the dynamic competitive environment and the traditional environment are summarized in this paper. The author analyzes thoroughly the research achievements of the domestic and international counter-competitive intelligence, and sums up the existed definition and the main research conclusions. Secondly, there is a questionnaire in the third chapter, which is about questionnaire designing, questionnaire sending, data collection and analysis. According to survey results, the author has found the weakness of today’s counter-intelligence practice. Based on the literature research and questionnaire, in the forth chapter the author attempts to build a working system of counter intelligence in the dynamic competitive environment. Finally, the author describes the training system of Enterprise's Counter Intelligence, including the progress, the styles and the methods. The innovation of this research is mainly reflected in the following 2 aspects: Firstly, a working system of counter intelligence in the dynamic competitive environment was built. It includes the prevention period, the control period and the improvement period and related to the cultural construction, the training progress and institutional improvement of counter intelligence. Secondly, the training mechanism of counterintelligence was constructed. The thesis included a lasting train and some special ways to teach, such as case study and role playing method .The training mechanism is good for the staff’s everyday work and can make full use of management advantages to develop. | |
