| 中文摘要: | 随着经济全球化的深入和信息技术的迅猛发展,越来越多的组织为了提高自身的竞争力、应对经济和竞争环境的变化而使用虚拟项目团队来完成项目。虚拟项目团队由于自身具有的地域分散、成员异质性高、依赖电子沟通媒介等特点,使得其沟通有效性直接影响团队的绩效和团队目标完成情况,因此寻找评价虚拟项目团队沟通有效性的可行方法并对其相应不足进行改进成为企业最为关心、最为迫切的问题。 针对现有理论研究甚少涉及虚拟项目团队沟通有效性的全面评价,缺少科学合理的评价指标体系的问题,本文首先应用文献研究法,在现有文献的基础上,进行总结分析,将团队输入—输出模型应用于虚拟项目团队沟通有效性的分析中,确定以沟通有效性的影响因素为评价指标选取的思路。同时,应用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,首先总结梳理现有文献中虚拟项目团队沟通效果的各类影响因素,根据虚拟项目团队的沟通过程模型,确定以人员—目标—媒介为指标划分的三个维度,构建虚拟项目团队沟通有效性评价的三层指标体系;采用专家打分法,对指标进行优化,确保指标体系质量。同时,利用定量的AHP层次分析法对整个指标体系赋予权重。 本文根据评价对象的模糊性特点,评价指标难以量化的特点,遵循综合评价方法的选取原则,选择使用了模糊综合评价法作为本文的评价方法。为了说明该评价方法的使用过程、验证指标体系和所选评价方法的合理性,本文将模糊综合评价法应用于新加坡大型跨国房地产集团吉宝置业的三支虚拟房地产项目规划设计团队的沟通有效性评价中,将评价结论反馈至企业,调查分析企业对本文评价结论的认可度,以达到验证的目的。 | |
| 英文摘要: | Along with the deepening of the economic globalization and the fast development of the information technology, more and more organizations begin to use virtual project teams to complete the projects in order to improve its own competitive advantages and reply to the change of the economic environment. Virtual project teams have the characteristics of area separation, high diversity among team members, high dependence on the electronic communication media and etc. As a result, the effectiveness of the communication in the virtual teams would has a large impact on the team performance and the task complication. So it is quite important for the organizations to find out an effect method to evaluate the effectiveness of the virtual team’s communication and make an improvement relatively. Since the evaluation of the virtual project teams’ communication have rarely been concerned, the literature research method is used to make a summary and analysis on the basis of a review of a number of the thesis. An input and output model is used to analyze the virtual project teams’ communication effectiveness and fix a selection method of the evaluation indices. At the same time, both the qualitative and quantitative method are used to set up the evaluation indices systems on the basis of summarizing the influence factors of the communication. In order to insure the quality of the indices system, the experts are invited to make grades. At the same time, AHP is used to give out the relative importance to each index. This thesis selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation In order to explain the process of this evaluation method and prove the correctness of the evaluation results, a real case is introduced to be an example: The Kepland Group from Singapore. The communication effectiveness of three virtual project teams in Kepland are evaluated and a survey of the approbatory degree of the enterprise is made. | |
