中文摘要：	随着中国企业融入全球竞争进程加快以及产业资本与金融资本的加速结合，中国企业面临的社会责任问题日益显现。三鹿奶粉事件，屡屡曝光的企业家寻租事件以及节能减排、信用危机、金融危机等至关重要的议题，都引起了人们对于企业社会责任的思考，也显现了我国企业社会责任的研究的不足。 在此背景下，本文借鉴国际上运作成熟的KLD企业社会责任指数的企业社会责任评价标准，结合国内企业实际情况，按照全球行业分类标准GICS，从上海证券交易所和深圳证券交易所选取样本股票，收集样本企业履行社会责任的直接和间接资料，对所选取的30只样本股票的企业社会责任表现进行定量评分，将企业社会责任评价作为投资组合的筛选标准，创建企业社会责任投资组合，并根据样本股票的数据通过实证方法分别计算出考虑企业社会责任几组投资组合与未考虑企业社会责任的投资组合的表现，并与沪深300同时期的表现作对比，得出关于上市企业社会责任得分对投资组合影响的初步结论。投资者在选择股票时，企业的社会责任履行状况或将成为重要的决策因素之一。 本文围绕企业社会责任指标体系的构建及社会责任评分对投资组合表现的影响进行研究。根据表现最佳的企业社会责任投资组合构建出具体的企业社会责任指数，能够在一定程度上能够唤起投资者对于企业社会责任的关注，同时也为社会责任投资者进行投资组合管理提供参考，丰富和拓展了我国资本市场金融产品体系。
英文摘要：	With Chinese accelerated integration into the global competition and the accelerated integration of industry capital and financial capital, the problem of Chinese Corporate Social Responsibility becomes obvious. In this paper, we draw on the operation of the international corporate social responsibility mature KLD index evaluation standards of corporate social responsibility, combined with the actual situation of domestic enterprises, according to Global Industry Classification Standard GICS, from the Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange sampling to collect samples of corporate social responsibility of direct and indirect information on the 30 selected samples of the stock performance of corporate social responsibility quantitative score, the evaluation of corporate social responsibility as a portfolio selection criteria, create a portfolio of corporate social responsibility, through the empirical method to consider several groups of corporate social responsibility portfolio, and compare with the index performance of CSI 300. This paper focus on the corporate social responsibility in order to arouse investors concerned about corporate social responsibility, and also for investors to provide reference portfolio management, but also enrich and expand the financial products of our capital market system.
