中文摘要：	我国在社会主义和谐社会的构建过程中要注重发展社区旅游，不仅要关注欠发达的乡村或民族地区的社区旅游，还要关注都市的社区旅游。随着中国城市化进程的加快，发展都市社区旅游已经成为我国大城市尤其是国际化大都市提升其都市旅游竞争力的一条重要途径。 近些年来，建设国际化大都市成为世界各国大城市发展的趋势，我国政府也在逐年加大对城市建设的投资。面对这样的发展机遇，本文尝试从国际化的视角来思考都市社区旅游的发展，并提出了都市社区旅游的国际化发展模式。 本文以社区理论、可持续发展理论以及利益相关者理论作为理论依据，主要从以下几方面进行研究：一是关于都市社区旅游的理论研究。本文第一、二章在系统研究国内外现有相关文献的基础上，对都市社区旅游的概念、分类及其吸引力进行了界定、概括和分析。二是关于都市社区旅游国际化发展的理论研究。本文第三章对都市社区旅游国际化发展的必要性和可行性进行了分析，第四章提出了都市社区旅游国际化发展模式的理论模型及其基本条件、特征、原则、发展定位和目标，接着对国际化模式的具体实施提出了相应的运行机制。三是案例研究。本文第五章引用上海“新天地”为例对都市社区旅游的国际化模式进行了分析，并指出“新天地”带给我们的启示和存在的一些问题。四是对本论文的研究结论的回顾，并对后续研究提出了设想。 都市社区旅游作为一种新型旅游产品，远不如其他类型的都市旅游产品成熟，在其发展的初期必然存在着许多问题需要解决。本文作为对都市社区旅游相关问题研究的一次尝试，希望可以为国内都市社区旅游的发展提供一些有益的参考和借鉴之处。
英文摘要：	In the process of constructing a harmonious society in China, we should pay high attention to the development of community tourism. However, the development of community tourism should not only focus on the remote or underdeveloped areas, but also the urban community. With the acceleration of urbanization, developing urban community tourism is an important way which large cities especially metropolis promote its competitiveness of urban tourism. In recent years, to construct metropolis is becoming a common trend of each large city in the world. Our government also has been to increase its investment in urban construction. In the face of such opportunities, this paper attempts to view the development of urban community tourism based on the international perspective, and puts forward the internationalization mode of urban community tourism. On the basis of the theories of community, sustainable development, and the stakeholders, this paper mainly carries out the research in such aspects as following: First, it is about the related theory research of urban community tourism. Based on the systematical research of the existing literatures at home and abroad, the first and the second chapters define, summarize and analyze the concept, classification and attraction of urban community tourism. Second, it is about the theory research of the international development of urban community tourism. The third chapter analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the international development of urban community tourism. The fourth chapter submits the theoretical model of the international development mode, and describes its basic conditions, features, principles, development orientation and targets, then proposes the corresponding operation mechanism for the specific implementation of the international model. Thirdly, it is a case study. The fifth chapter quotes Shanghai "Xin Tiandi" as an example to analyze, and points out some inspiration from the case and some problems. Fourthly, the paper reviews the research conclusion and proposes several ideas for further research. As a new tourism product, urban community tourism is far less mature than other types of urban tourism products. In the early stages of development, there must be many problems on urban community tourism. As a tentative study of relevant problems on urban community tourism, I hope this paper can provide some beneficial reference for the development of domestic urban community tourism.
