| 中文摘要: | 随着全球化、科技变迁、竞争激烈与强调知识经济环境的到来,我国国有企业面临着从未有过的压力和挑战。若要在残酷的市场环境中生存下去,依靠卓越的领导方式不断的变革与创新已是国有企业不得不面对的唯一选择。 国有企业改革任重道远,是新世纪的一大难题,值得每个有志于关心国有企业前途命运的人去探索和研究。但是,相对于国外来说,我国在组织变革和引领、实施变革的新领导理论方面的研究与实践都大大的滞后。本研究通过对国际最新的新领导理论的代表“战略型领导理论”的分析与研究,将战略型领导方式引入我国国有企业组织变革中,阐明战略型领导方式将对我国国企组织变革产生重要影响,并有极强的可实施性。为艰巨困难的国企组织变革在实践中应用战略型领导方式去引领变革成功提供了一个有借鉴意义的模式。 本研究首先介绍了论文的选题背景、研究的目的意义、以及论文的研究内容和框架。指出我国国有企业若想在激烈的市场竞争环境下取得变革成功,依靠战略型领导方式无疑是正确的选择。第二章对涉及到的领导学理论、战略型领导理论以及组织变革相关理论进行综述与回顾。第三章分析了国有企业组织变革的现状和发展趋势。第四章根据战略型领导理论的既有学术成果与传统领导学理论的“三圆”职能模型创建了战略型领导角色特征模型,并对该模型的各构成部分的角色特征组进行详细的解释及其深入的论述和分析。最后,通过阐述国有企业组织变革中战略型领导的实施原则及建立国有企业组织变革中战略型领导五阶段实施模型,提出了在国有企业组织变革中战略型领导的实施途径。并且,以案例实证方式分析了战略型领导在国有企业组织变革中强大的效用。 | |
| 英文摘要: | China’s State-owned enterprises have never faced more pressure and challenges than now, when globalization, technology development, competitive environment and knowledge-based economy become the mainstream. To achieve survival in this cruel situation, the only choice for State-owned enterprises is to adapt to the changing environment and launch innovation by excellent leadership. The reform of State-owned enterprises is a long way to go and has turn up to be one of the major problems of the new century which worth us, who devote in finding the solutions to explore and probe. However, comparing with foreign enterprises, our study and practice on Innovation and New Leadership Theory have greatly lags behind. By studying and analyzing latest theory about “Strategic Leadership”, this thesis involves “Strategic Leadership” into the innovation of State-owned enterprises and illustrates how the theory will take the lead. It is a valuable solution to help State-owned enterprises out of the struggle of finding the way out. This research includes topic background, the purpose of study, main contents and framework. In Chapter I, it clearly indicates that it will be an undoubtedly correct choice to lead State-owned enterprise innovation by using the theory of “Strategic Leadership”. In Chapter II, the research summarizes and reviews the concepts of Leadership, Strategic Leadership, organizational innovation, etc. In Chapter III, the research analysis the status and development trend of the reform of State-owned enterprises. In Chapter IV, basing on the current academic results about “strategic Leadership” and traditional Leadership Theory of “three circle”, the research proposes the module of “Strategic Leadership”. Besides the concept of this module, the research also provides detailed explanation and features an in-depth exposition and analysis. And the last part of the research introduces the “Strategic Leadership” module principle and provides implementation know-how. Besides advanced theory, the research also presents, through vivid examples, the important role and power of “Strategic Leadership” in leading the reform and innovation. | |
